Uchiha Yan took the blame for the conflict over Naruto, forced Konoha to back away from the Uchiha, and left the village with Hashirama cells. He began teaching in Amegakure while Orochimaru pursued the secret experiment on Summoning Island and Taichi faced Hiashi’s suspicions.

• Uchiha Yan pursued his plans with Orochimaru, Nagato, and the Hidden Villages while the dispute over Shukaku’s attack on Hyūga Shajia brought him back to Konoha.
• Uchiha Yan confronted the Third Hokage and Danzo over Naruto’s treatment, surrendered his forehead protector, and declared that he would remove the Third Hokage from power.
• Uchiha Yan arranged for rumors to cast him as a rogue and enemy spy, then took Naruto and fled toward Konoha’s gates as Danzo ordered Root to pursue him.

• Taichi displayed an enormous Eight Trigrams Formation above Konoha, and Itachi overwhelmed the infiltrating Orochimaru with his victims' resentment before Orochimaru escaped.
• Uchiha Yan enlisted Shisui, Konan, Nagato, and Taichi to ambush Orochimaru and make him pursue the Tenseigan or Jōgan.
• Inabi sealed Orochimaru away during the battle with Kirigakure, disrupting Uchiha Yan's plans and triggering the emotional shock that awakened Yan's Mangekyō Sharingan.
• Uchiha Yan returned to Konoha, secured permission to teach Naruto at the Ninja Academy, and accepted Neji as his disciple.

• Danzo and the Third Hokage fought the invading Kage, and the Third died after sealing Yagura and the Three-Tails, and Taichi’s Eight Trigrams Formation helped repel the assault on Konoha.
• Uchiha Yan and Konoha’s forces fought the tailed beasts and enemy armies, while Rasa, Homura, and Danzo died and Kirigakure and Iwagakure eventually withdrew.

• Neji led Might Guy’s squad in Yamaguchi Prefecture, defeated Ouchi Haruhide’s army, and forced the faction leaders to accept peace under Konoha’s protection.
• Adult Sasuke and Boruto arrived in Konoha, where Uchiha Yan explained the altered future and sent them to study with the Uchiha and Hyuga clans.
• Obito joined forces with Urashiki to pursue the Eight-Tails, while Uchiha Yan arranged for Kabuto Yakushi to revive Madara Uchiha and anticipated their plans.
• Urashiki pulled Uchiha Hikari from the alternate dimension, and Madara Uchiha, Obito, Nagato, and Urashiki took Boruto’s turtle to travel to his world.
