Before his laughter faded, Rhodes's Lightning Divine Clone advanced with sword in hand and slashed the head of Lei Jialie's Destruction Element Divine Clone. Rhodes caught a Destruction Element Highgod Divine Spark, then turned and left without another glance at Lei Jialie's Saint Domain True Body, which had just darted out of his Destruction Element Divine Clone.
Left with only his Saint Domain True Body in its Amethyst Sacred Beast form, Lei Jialie could not process what had happened. He had barely managed to withstand the Soul Cage, yet the instant he escaped, his Destruction Element Divine Clone was gone. Rhodes had slain his Divine Clone with a single slash, but had not killed him outright, leaving him a way to live.
