The Prehistoric Era.
The prehistoric deluge, its waters surging across the world as though destroying it, erased every trace of civilization from the land.
Cities were buried in dust and sand, airships were torn to shreds by wind and waves, ships sank to the seabed, and battlefields were covered in river mud.
The deluge not only destroyed some traces, but also piled soil and river sand across the entire land.
And all this sand and soil had come from the Divine Clan hollowing out part of the land.
All this sand and soil was churned into the floodwaters, turning the entire flood the color of yellow sand.
But the effects of this flood did not end there.
This great excavation by the Divine Clan drastically changed the terrain of the entire world.
Seas became mulberry fields, and mountains and seas were severed from one another.
The vast landmass east of the Storm Sea was finally separated from the land to its west.
The final continental configuration of the Sixth Epoch was, at last, little different from what it was at this time.
During the deluge, the regions inhabited by the three major New Human races were all sheltered by the Divine Clan's divine power, unaffected by the flood.
Among them, the course of the great river was sheltered by Jiang Yang's divine power, and the environment of the entire region did not change in the slightest.
Without outside intervention, the New Humans were still in an age of eating raw flesh and drinking blood.
As for the two human progenitors of the great river basin, Zhu Xia and Taihua.
The eastern Divine Clan did not give them special treatment for being the first yellow-skinned man and woman born into the world, neither teaching them cultivation nor imparting knowledge to them.
