"A single draw costs one hundred Gold Soul Coins, and ten draws cost nine hundred. Put them into the coin slot above, then press that button."
Once Meng Shu finished speaking, Dugu Bo took a bag of Gold Soul Coins from his Storage Soul Tool without hesitation and poured them into the coin slot, willing to give it a try.
Soon, his name appeared at the top of the screen, along with ten draws.
He decisively pressed the button. The frame, which had remained fixed on the blank icon, began moving at high speed.
The ten draws came in succession, their item icons enlarging one after another and stopping in the center of the screen.
First draw: blank.
Second draw: ordinary Hundred-Year Soul Beast Soul Ring! (White quality)
Third draw: Low-Tier Soul Power Recovery Potion! (Green quality)
Fourth draw: ordinary Hundred-Year Soul Beast Soul Ring! (White quality)
Fifth draw: blank.
Ninth draw: blank.

The ten-draw guarantee had successfully triggered.
A cold electronic announcement followed.
Congratulations, customer! You have received one Immortal Herb Knowledge Atlas book! (Blue quality)
Hearing the words "immortal herb," Dugu Yan's face immediately filled with curiosity, and she could not help asking softly in puzzlement.
"Immortal herbs? Do things like that really exist on the Douluo Continent?"
Just then, Yue Guan, who was beside the kitchen area, turned at the sound. His gaze drifted toward them, and he answered.
"Of course they do."
"According to certain ancient texts, all kinds of immortal herbs exist between heaven and earth. They're simply exceedingly rare and difficult to find."
"Such supreme treasures can help people shed their old selves and be reborn, cleansing their marrow and purifying their meridians. Their effects defy heaven. Ordinary Soul Masters never have the chance to see one in their entire lives. Even if someone is lucky enough to obtain one, they'll keep it secret and never show it to others lightly."
At this point, Yue Guan paused briefly.
"So, while your grandfather's immortal herb atlas is rare, it's still only something on paper. It doesn't count as a truly heaven-defying opportunity."
At those words, Dugu Yan's little face instantly fell, disappointment surfacing in her eyes.
Seeing this, Yue Guan merely smiled faintly and looked at the composed Dugu Bo.
"Old Poison, although I don't know what exactly you've come here seeking, if you truly want to take a gamble on a great opportunity, you might as well try a few more draws."
"Boss Lin said himself that this machine holds top-tier rewards beyond an ordinary person's imagination."
"And among them are Divine Rings!"
"As for whether you can draw one, that depends entirely on your own luck."
"A Divine Ring?" Dugu Bo frowned.
The Dragon Duke and Snake Granny, along with Dugu Yan, were also stunned.
Soul Masters spent their entire lives refining their Soul Power and absorbing Soul Rings. Their loftiest ambition was merely the realm of Titled Douluo. The very words "Divine Ring" were already beyond the bounds of their understanding!
Seeing this, Yue Guan continued:
"Soul Masters have Soul Rings, while Divine Rings, as the name suggests, are naturally the Divine Rings of gods."
At these words, Dragon Duke Meng Shu's pupils abruptly contracted, Snake Granny Chao Tianxiang drew in a sharp breath, and Dugu Yan covered her mouth in shock, her face full of disbelief.
Only Dugu Bo's gaze sharpened. After pondering for a moment, he looked straight at Yue Guan and made a startling remark:
"Chrysanthemum Guan, do you already possess a Divine Ring?"
Whoosh!
The gazes of the Dragon Duke and Snake Granny, along with Dugu Yan, instantly swung toward Yue Guan, filled with scrutiny.
Under the four people's gazes, Yue Guan calmly nodded. Without concealing anything, he raised his hand and summoned his iron pot Martial Soul.
Immediately afterward, a platinum-colored Soul Ring appeared, shining brilliantly. The aura it radiated was sacred and profound, making their hearts tremble.
"I'm not the only one with a Divine Ring, you know."
As he spoke, Yue Guan withdrew his Martial Soul and casually added:
"That girl Zhu Zhuqing and Gui Mei both have one too."
The Dragon Duke and Snake Granny, along with Dugu Yan, were filled with envy. All three gazed with such longing that they wished they could take their places, willingly staying in the little shop to serve that mysterious Boss Lin.
Just then, faint footsteps came from deep within the corridor.
As though sensing something through some unseen connection, a young, straight-backed figure slowly walked out.
It was none other than the little shop's owner, Lin Yue.
"Boss Lin!"
Yue Guan, Zhu Zhuqing, and Gui Mei all greeted him respectfully.
Dugu Bo and Dugu Yan instinctively looked up, both startled.
They had assumed that a shopkeeper capable of bringing Titled Douluo into his service and holding endless opportunities in his hands must be some ancient recluse. They had never expected such a young man!
Facing everyone's gazes, Lin Yue took a bottle of cola from the refrigerator beside him, tipped his head back, and took a hearty swig. Then his gaze fell on Dugu Bo, and he raised an eyebrow slightly.
"So it's Poison Douluo Dugu Bo. Welcome."
"You're too kind, Boss Lin."
Dugu Bo nodded slightly, his manner humble.
Beside him, Dugu Yan also hurriedly lowered her head obediently, offering a slight greeting.
Lin Yue surveyed where everyone was standing, then glanced at the Prize Machine nearby and asked casually:
"From the looks of it, you've just finished your draws. How did you do?"
Dugu Bo concealed nothing and answered truthfully:
"My luck was average. I only drew an Immortal Herb Knowledge Atlas book."
Hearing this, Lin Yue nodded in approval.
"The Immortal Herb Knowledge Atlas? That's fairly good luck."
Sensing a deeper meaning in his words, Dugu Bo asked in puzzlement.
"What do you mean by that, Boss Lin?"
"Hmm? So you haven't read it yet."
Understanding dawned on Lin Yue, and he gave the cola in his hand a shake.
"Open it and take a look, and you'll understand. You might find many of the immortal herb illustrations recorded in that book very familiar."
Puzzled by his words, Dugu Bo immediately opened the atlas in his hand, which glimmered with a pale blue sheen.
On the first page was a scarlet immortal herb shaped like ganoderma, labeled "red flame ganoderma," which grew in places of extreme heat.
He frowned and shook his head. He had never seen it before.
On the second page was an ice-blue immortal herb surrounded by seven leaves, called "cold marrow grass."
He still had no recollection of it.
But when he turned to the third page, Dugu Bo's fingers stopped.
It depicted a pitch-black immortal herb with roots and a stem coiled like snake scales and three small, dark purple flowers blooming at its tip. The illustration was labeled "snake saliva nine-bend orchid."
He stared at the illustration for a long while. An inexplicable sense of familiarity welled up within him, yet he could not remember where he had seen it.
The fourth page, the fifth page... He turned the pages faster and faster, his brows drawing ever tighter.
Only after going through nearly two-thirds of the contents did he finally realize that some sixty to seventy percent of these illustrations had left faint impressions in his mind.
Their outlines, colors, and the shapes of their stems and leaves all seemed familiar, but no matter how he searched his memory, he could not pin down exactly where he had seen them.
He closed the book and looked up at Lin Yue, his expression carrying a measure of earnest bewilderment:
"Boss Lin, there are indeed many illustrations in this book that look familiar to me, yet I simply can't remember where I've seen them. Since you said earlier that I would find them familiar, I imagine you must know something about it. Please enlighten me."
Seeing his bewildered expression as he sought an answer, Lin Yue could not help shaking his head with a chuckle before slowly revealing the answer:
"Don't you know what's in your own herb garden?"
