Lin En grew stronger while hiding his abilities, then met Zhu Zhuqing in the Star Dou Great Forest and helped her break away from her pursuers and Dai Mubai. They traveled to Heaven Dou City together, where Lin En entered a wager fight with her at the Great Soul Arena.
Lin En trained Zhu Zhuqing, gained new powers, and secured places for them at Skywater Academy by defeating challengers and impressing Shui Qingyue. He led the academy’s squad into Star Dou Great Forest, where they encountered Shrek and the Titan Giant Ape, then brought Ning Rongrong along as Tang San pursued Xiao Wu.
Lin En brought Ning Rongrong back to her sect, where its elders punished Shrek and Tang Hao’s secret about Xiao Wu was exposed. Back at Skywater Academy, Lin En helped Zhu Zhuqing and Lan Susu advance before leading Skywater to a decisive victory over Heaven Dou Royal Academy, where he warned Dugu Yan of a looming calamity.
Lin En cured Dugu Bo and Dugu Yan, gained the Ice and Fire Dragon Kings’ powers, and turned the Purple-Winged Spider Emperor’s remains into a versatile new weapon. After the hunt stirred conflict among the major factions, Gangzi reached Shrek Academy with Brother Scar secretly following him.
