During the Three Kings Era, He Xi fought alongside Keisha and Liang Bing in the female Angels' counterattack against Hua Ye. Su Ma Li exploited her feelings, was spared by He Xi, and was exiled to Blue Star; his professed affection was later revealed to have been deception. 67

As Heavenly Based King, He Xi remained committed to the Angel Civilization's Justice Order. She was deeply disturbed by the Immortal Qin Empire's apparent refusal to follow that order, believing that a civilization of such strength should not have emerged from chaos. 15 Following Keisha's disappearance, she challenged the newly appointed Angel King Yan over whether seeking Galaxy Strength would truly secure the Angel Civilization's future. 51

When Hua Ye's actions threatened Meru Heavenly Court, He Xi opened the Heavenly Gate and entered a Micro Black Hole alone. She accepted what appeared to be her death after eliminating the threat, prioritizing Yan's survival and the court's defense. 94 97

Her Sacred Atoms were recovered through Holy Keisha's knowledge treasury and reconstructed by Ye Chen using the Organic Codex. Awakening afterward, He Xi was shocked to learn that Keisha had sworn allegiance to Ye Chen and now addressed him as Emperor. 97 98

Initially fearful of Ye Chen's authority and uncertain whether Keisha had submitted under coercion, He Xi gradually came to understand the scale of Immortal Qin's plans after becoming a Seraph and witnessing the Void Realm.
