Pathological loyalty: You can only die by my hand
Lynn's left hand was pressed against a cold, slippery patch of skin. It was Natasha's cheek.
Muddy water, cold sweat, and thick blood dripped down the woman's pale jawline, seeping into the gaps of Lynn's black leather gloves. The touch was sticky and filthy, but Lynn did not pull his hand away.
He even deliberately relaxed the muscles in his wrist, letting Natasha's ten mud-covered fingers grip his forearm tightly. The grime under the woman's fingernails scraped against the leather with such force that her knuckles turned bluish-white.
A deathly silence hung in the center of the ruins.
The torrential rain was still pouring down in the surrounding area, but all the raindrops hitting this area were forcibly evaporated by Wanda's outward-emitting Scarlet magic, turning into large swaths of white water vapor. Before the water vapor could rise, it was pressed down by Susan's Invisible Force Field, which covered every inch of the ground, to a height of less than half a meter, forming a strange, ground-hugging fog.
Three destructive gazes pierced through the thick fog, like tangible blades, and landed squarely on Natasha's hands that were tightly embracing Lynn.
Lynn could clearly feel the temperature of the surrounding air plummeting. Above him, the steel frame hanging upside down by Gwen Stacy creaked under the weight; to his left, the water beneath Wanda's feet was boiling at a visible speed; to his right, the concrete debris next to Susan silently turned to dust.
He knew this feeling all too well. It was the prelude to detonating a nuclear bomb when the territory belonging exclusively to these Yandere women was invaded.
A cold, mocking glint flashed in Lynn's eyes. He ignored the three women who could explode at any moment, and instead lowered his gaze to Natasha at his feet.
"Cough... uh..."
A muffled, tearing cough broke the silence.
A dark red blood clot rolled down Natasha's throat, and her violent cough aggravated her abdomen, which had just been Space Stitching. Although the wound was now completely healed, the lingering pain from the forced cell reorganization and the reconnection of severed nerve endings still felt like thousands of red-hot Steel Needles piercing her internal organs.
Her muscles convulsed uncontrollably, like a dying fish thrown onto a dry riverbed, writhing painfully in the mud.
Even in this pain, she didn't loosen her grip on Lynn's wrist by even a millimeter.
Natasha's long eyelashes trembled violently as she struggled to open her eyelids. Her once sharp, razor-sharp green pupils, now blurred and focused due to the intense physical pain, finally locked onto Lynn's condescending face.
There was no sense of relief at surviving a disaster, nor any lingering fear of having brushed with death.
This top assassin of the Red Room, who once struck fear into the hearts of the entire underworld and was a top agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.., showed an extremely humble fear and self-blame in his eyes the moment he saw Lynn's face.
"Owner..."
Natasha's voice was hoarse, as if it were being rubbed on sandpaper; the damage to her vocal cords made every syllable she uttered sound bloody.
She tilted her head back and pressed her cheeks even closer to Lynn's hand, like a stray dog that had done something wrong and was afraid of being abandoned by its owner, greedily feeling the warmth transmitted through the leather.
"I messed up..." she gasped, her chest heaving, her eyes bloodshot. "Your territory... got filthy from that sewer garbage... I couldn't kill them all..."
Natasha spoke faster and faster, her tone filled with self-loathing that seemed to consume her.
She didn't care at all that she had just been stabbed through the stomach by the Sabretooth's Adamantium claws, nor how much blood she had lost. Her perception had been completely distorted by the memories implanted by Lynn and the psychological manipulation she had undergone recently.
In her world, Lynn's interests were paramount. Failing to perfectly execute Lynn's orders and protect Lynn's assets was more unacceptable to her than death.
"I'm so useless... I don't deserve to be in your sight..." A murky tear slid down Natasha's cheek, washing away the blood and grime on her face. "You shouldn't have wasted your energy saving me... Letting me rot here... that would be the best punishment for me..."
As Lynn listened to this morbidly explicit confession, the violent desire for control deep within his heart was satisfied like never before.
Nick Fury's sharpest blade, honed over decades, has now completely transformed into a mad dog that only recognizes him as its master.
Lynn's eyes were cold, devoid of any pity.
He slowly withdrew his left hand, which was being held by Natasha.
This action plunged Natasha into extreme panic. She thought Lynn was really going to abandon her, and struggled to get up and grab that hand again, but her exhausted strength caused her to fall heavily back into the mud, splashing up a cloud of foul filth.
Just as Natasha closed her eyes in despair, a right hand wearing a black leather glove grabbed her chin with an irresistible force.
"Well!"
Natasha groaned, her jawline cracking as it was being pinched.
Lynn used his arm to pull Natasha, who was half-paralyzed in the mud, up, forcing her to tilt her head back and look directly into his own Abyss, dark eyes.
Do you want to die?
Lynn's voice wasn't loud, but it carried a chilling ruthlessness that seemed to transcend everything. He stared into Natasha's eyes and spoke slowly and deliberately.
"Whose hands do you want to die? Stryker's Mutants Beast? Or this stinking ruin?"
The rough texture of the leather gloves rubbed against Natasha's delicate skin on her chin, leaving several glaring red marks.
Natasha's body trembled violently. She dared not avoid Lynn's gaze and could only shake her head desperately, the fear in her eyes growing ever stronger.
"Listen to me clearly."
Lynn abruptly closed the distance between them, their noses almost touching. His warm breath as he spoke hit Natasha 'Natasha pale face directly.
"Your life, every drop of blood in your body, even your broken soul, all bear the name of me, Lynn."
Lynn's tone was extremely domineering, each word like a heavy hammer blow, slamming into Natasha's fragile psychological Defense Line.
"Without my approval, even if Death himself came knocking on the door, he'd better go back to Hell!"
"I didn't tell you to die. You don't even have the right to stop breathing. Understand?"
This extremely arrogant declaration, which disregarded the rules of life and death, resounded through the ruins on a rainy night.
Natasha froze on the spot.
After a brief contraction, her green pupils suddenly erupted into two balls of almost manic, fanatical flames.
The Red Room taught her to kill, S.H.I.E.L.D.. taught her to disguise; no one had ever used such an absolutely domineering and possessive attitude to forcibly bind her entire existence to their value.
Lynn's words were like a red-hot branding iron, leaving an indelible mark on the deepest part of her soul.
"I understand... I understand..."
Natasha's chapped lips trembled violently, and tears mingled with the rain, streaming down her face uncontrollably. A whimper, like that of Beast submitting, escaped her throat.
She stopped struggling, stopped blaming herself. That morbid loyalty was completely locked in at this moment, breaking through the limits of human reason and reaching the peak of fanaticism.
She only knew one thing now: she belonged to Lynn. Even if Lynn asked her to twist Captain America's head off right now, she would do it without hesitation.
Seeing the pure, almost obsessive madness in Natasha's eyes, Lynn smiled with satisfaction.
He released his grip on Natasha's chin.
Just as Natasha's body was about to slip and fall again due to exhaustion, Lynn suddenly extended his thumb, his movement extremely natural, even with a hint of casual intimacy, and forcefully wiped away the dark red blood that had spilled from the corner of Natasha's mouth.
The rough leather brushed against the soft lips.
This small, yet powerfully masculine, domineering, and territorial gesture became the final straw that broke the camel's back.
"Boom--!"
The air above the ruins exploded completely in that instant.
An indescribable, terrifying killing intent, like a tangible tsunami, surged from three different directions, pressing relentlessly towards the spot beneath Lynn's feet.
"Get your filthy hands off him!"
Wanda's voice was so shrill it almost pierced eardrums. Her body, suspended in mid-air, trembled violently, and her once waist-length brown hair had turned a blinding Scarlet red, dancing wildly on its own without any wind.
Her eyes were completely consumed by the red light, and the raging Chaos Magic compressed into two energy spheres in her palms, enough to Oblivion an entire block. She stared intently at Natasha's lips, wishing she could immediately use magic to peel off the piece of flesh that Lynn had touched, bit by bit!
"What right does a piece of trash who can't even protect his own territory have to receive the master's favor?"
Susan on the right completely shed her elegant facade. Her beautiful face was now twisted in a chilling way, and her blue eyes were filled with a sinister, venomous fire.
She pressed her hands down sharply.
"Buzz--!"
The terrifying Invisible Force Field emitted a piercing sonic boom, directly pressing a huge crater two meters deep into the ground half a meter away from Natasha. If Lynn hadn't been so close, this Force Field would have crushed Natasha into a pile of minced meat.
"Master, she's too weak; she can't even stand up straight."
Above them, Gwen Stacy hung upside down on a steel frame, her voice soft and chilling beneath the white ghost mask.
Click.
Two spider Silk Dagger, imbued with high-voltage Bioelectricity, sprang from Gwen Stacy's wrists, flashing a deadly blue light in the dark, rainy night.
"Do you need me to chop up this useless shell of hers and throw it down the drain to feed the rats? That way, she won't get your hands dirty anymore."
The air temperature has dropped below freezing.
White frost began to form at the edges of the puddles on the ground.
Lynn stood at the center of the convergence of three world-destroying energies, slowly withdrawing his hand from wiping Natasha's lips. His eyelids were slightly lowered as he looked at the smear of blood on his fingertips, a dangerously cold smile playing on his lips.
The powder keg of Shura Field had been completely ignited.
