The wind, carrying coarse sand and gravel, lashed against the twisted wreckage of the armored vehicle, making a soft, crackling sound.
As soon as Hela uttered "But I have one condition," the temperature in the air instantly rose several degrees. The dark red particles that had been extinguished at Wanda's fingertips suddenly flared up again, like sparks doused in gasoline.
Susan clutched her broken ribs and instinctively took a half-step back, her fingertips instinctively gripping the miniature Force Field generator at her waist.
Lynn the only one who didn't turn around.
With his back to Wanda and facing Hela, he slowly pulled a dusty metal lighter from his pocket. With a crisp click, the eerie blue flame flickered violently in the wind, illuminating his unfathomable eyes.
Lynn lowered his head and lit a crumpled cigarette, taking a deep drag. The pungent nicotine slammed into his lungs through his trachea, forcibly suppressing the fatigue from the exertion he had just experienced.
"Conditions?" Lynn exhaled a thick cloud of white smoke, which dissipated in front of Hela's pale, cold face. "Aren't you mistaken about something?"
He took half a step forward, his right hand, holding a cigarette, stopping less than three inches from Hela's eyes. The cigarette's Scarlet glow flickered, its scorching heat almost touching Hela's eyelashes.
"I'm not negotiating a deal with you." Lynn's voice was low, yet it carried an unyielding, tyrannical air. "I'm issuing an order."
Hela's narrow eyes suddenly narrowed, a dangerous Death Energy churning deep within her pupils. As the Eldest Princess of Asgard and the Goddess of Death who once slaughtered the Nine Realms, her inherent arrogance made her instinctively want to tear apart any creature that dared to command her.
But looking into Lynn's eyes, at the pure, predatory look that made her feel like she was something he controlled, she strangely found herself unable to muster even the slightest bit of killing intent.
"You want me to hide on this inferior planet like a rat?" Hela bit her lower lip, her voice tinged with a defiant resentment. "That old bastard Odin may have sealed me away, but he will never allow me to escape his sight. If I use my power on this planet, the Asgard army will raze it to the ground tomorrow!"
He can't come.
Lynn casually flicked his cigarette ash, and with a single sentence, Hela was frozen in place.
"What did you say?" Hela's pupils contracted slightly.
"I'm telling you, that hypocritical old man is too exhausted to deal with you anymore." Lynn, a cigarette between his fingers, pointed to the clouds torn apart by the aftershocks of the Bifrost. "With the forced transdimensional suppression of you just now, plus the Bifrost's hub being destroyed in reverse, Odin's divine power has long been exhausted to its limit. He won't last more than three days before he's forced into Odinsleep."
Lynn turned his head, his gaze sweeping over Hela's shoulder and landing on Susan and Wanda, who were listening intently behind him.
"As for that bald-headed mage on Earth guarding the Dimension barrier..." Lynn's lips curled into a mocking smile, "She's currently being relentlessly pursued by Dormammu of the Dark Dimension and can't spare a single glance at New Mexico."
Susan gasped, aggravating her rib injury and breaking out in a cold sweat from the pain.
She stared intently at Lynn's tall, straight back, her eyes filled with trembling. Just what kind of monster was this man? S.H.I.E.L.D..'s intelligence network was still only at the stage of mythological speculation regarding the existence of Asgard, yet he knew everything about the physical condition of the God-King and the movements of Earth's highest magical guardian!
Information asymmetry is always the ultimate weapon to crush everything.
Lynn took in everyone's reactions. He knew that to completely tame these Yandere women with devastating combat power, emotional manipulation alone wouldn't be enough. He had to use absolute ambition and vision to overwhelm them.
"This is a once-in-a-lifetime window of opportunity."
Lynn casually stubbed out his half-smoked cigarette on the nearby metal wreckage with a soft hiss. He turned around, braced his hands on the hood, surveyed the scene, and unveiled his insane plan, a plan that could overturn the fate of the Marvel Universe.
"I will wipe Earth completely off the Star Map of the Nine Realms."
Hela was stunned, and even the red light at Wanda's fingertips froze in mid-air.
