A gust of wind whipped up shards of glass, which slammed into Lynn's cheek.

He braced himself against the metal edge of the Holographic Projection table with one hand. The Dark Gold Firebird mark on the inside of his left upper arm was still throbbing, as if hundreds of red-hot Steel Needles were piercing deep into his flesh. The blood and froth he hadn't swallowed mixed with the bitterness of coffee, rising all the way to his throat.

But he didn't even frown.

"Go. Tear those flying metal shells in the sky to shreds."

As soon as Lynn finished speaking, the air pressure on the top floor of the Baxter Building was instantly sucked out.

Four afterimages crashed through the remaining floor-to-ceiling windows at sound-barrier speed, shooting straight into the dark Manhattan night sky.

Lynn pulled up a perfectly good leather swivel chair and sat down with an air of superiority. He took the fresh coffee Natasha handed him and turned his gaze to the Holographic Screens in mid-air.

On the screen, three all-black X-Men Blackbird are arranged in a triangular formation, rapidly approaching under the cover of darkness.

"Mutants..." Lynn tapped his long, slender fingers on the table, a cold smile curving his lips.

Charles Xavier, that old man, always thought that with a few peace slogans and a brainwave machine that could scan the entire globe, he could nip all variables in the Cradle. He simply didn't understand that what he had encountered today was not some villain, but four mother beasts whose reason had been burned away by jealousy.

The screen was instantly filled with blinding red, blue, and black light.

Gwen Stacy was the first to make a move.

The white bodysuit flashed a blinding White Light in the night wind. She didn't need Silk at all; relying solely on her abnormal physical strength, she continuously kicked and stomped on the glass curtain walls of the surrounding Skyscraper, her entire body like a cannonball, crashing straight into the escort fighter jet on the left flank.

"Bang!"

She kicked a huge dent into the fighter jet's thick Titanium Alloy shell. Gwen Stacy flipped her wrist, and two daggers flashing with eerie blue high-voltage arcs plunged into the fighter jet's engine air intake.

The raging Bioelectric Charge surged wildly through the internal circuitry. Sparks flew, the engine roared in despair, and plummeted to the ground, billowing black smoke.

"Crude insect, too slow."

Hela's indifferent voice was transmitted back to the top floor via the communication channel.

In the upper right corner of the screen, the Asgard Goddess of Death didn't even bother to draw her weapon. She hovered in mid-air, raised her right hand, and made a half-hearted grasping motion towards the fighter jet on her right wing.

The Death Energy, so dense it reached its peak, transformed into a massive black claw that pierced directly through the fighter jet's energy shield.

"Click--"

The ear-piercing sound of metal being crushed came through the screen. That advanced fighter jet, costing over a hundred million, was like a soda can being squeezed by a naughty child, snapped in two!

The Mutants inside didn't even have time to scream before they were frozen into ice sculptures by the extreme Death Energy, crashing into the streets of Manhattan along with the wreckage of the fighter jet.

Inside the main fighter jet, Cyclops Scott Summers watched as the two dots on the radar vanished in an instant, the red light in his eye sockets flashing intensely.

"Attack! Stop them at all costs! Protect the professor!" Scott Summers roared as he pressed the launch button.

Two thick, red, High-Energy Laser tore through the night sky, heading straight for Wanda.

At the same time, the fighter jet's cockpit door opened. Storm Ororo's eyes rolled back, and lightning flashed and thunder roared across the Manhattan sky. Thick Adamantium Claws lightning, like wildly dancing silver snakes, crashed down. Wolverine Logan extended his claws and leaped from hundreds of meters in the air, pouncing on Hela like a bloodthirsty Beast.

Is that all you've got?

Lynn leaned back in his chair, took a sip of hot coffee, and looked at him with disdain.

Faced with Optic Blast powerful enough to vaporize steel, Wanda didn't even flinch.

Her eyes Scarlet, and she thrust her hands outwards with a sudden burst of power. The raging Chaos Particles transformed into a massive dark red shield, not only blocking all the Optic Blast but also eroding them in the opposite direction.

"Bang!" Scott Summers screamed as the control panel in the front window of the fighter jet shattered, shards of glass piercing his face.

Before Wolverine could even touch Hela's clothes, he was slammed into the air by an invisible wall.

Susan, wearing an oversized men's shirt, walked step by step onto the Invisible Force Field steps and stood in front of Logan.

"You dare touch your master's prey? You're not worthy."

Susan's five fingers suddenly clenched together.

"Glala--"

Logan's supposedly indestructible Adamantium skeleton emitted a piercing cracking sound under the frenzied compression of the Molecular Force Field. His muscles were crushed inch by inch, blood gushing out, and he was casually tossed away by Susan like a tattered sack.

"Charles!" Storm cried out in terror.

In the rear cockpit of the fighter jet, a bald old man in a wheelchair was covered in sweat. He pressed his hands tightly to his temples, trying to use his powerful Telepathy abilities to forcefully enter the minds of the four women and stop them from killing.

But he chose the wrong target.

Charles's mental reach had just touched the edge of Wanda's consciousness.

"Boom!"

An indescribable, twisted possessiveness surged back like a tsunami through their mental connection. It was Wanda's absolute obsession with Lynn, a madness that demanded anyone who dared to interfere with her monopolization of Lynn be crushed!

"Puff--"

Charles suddenly coughed up a mouthful of blood and collapsed into his wheelchair, blood trickling from his nose and the corners of his eyes.

"Don't... get it into their heads..." Charles weakly grasped Scott Summers's arm, his voice trembling like a leaf in the wind, "They... are all crazy..."

"Well done."

Lynn's voice was clearly transmitted to the four women's ears through Natasha's communication system.

"But the main fighter jet hasn't crashed yet, and that old man is still in his wheelchair." Lynn twirled his coffee cup, his tone languid yet deadly alluring. "I said, whoever pushes the wheelchair in front of me, the door will be open for them tonight. What are you waiting for? For me to treat you to a late-night snack?"

That statement was like adding fuel to the fire.

The main fighter jet completely lost control, trailing a long plume of black smoke as it crashed diagonally into the central plaza in front of the Baxter Building.

"Boom!"

The massive explosion created a wall of fire several meters high, and the scorching Impact blew all the statues in the square away.

Amidst the wreckage of the warplane, Scott Summers dragged the unconscious Charles, struggling to crawl out of the inferno.

But before they could even catch their breath, four figures filled with terrifying killing intent had already surrounded them.

"Get out of my way, you old man, you're mine." Hela flicked her wrist, and the Night Sky Sword was pointed straight at Charles's neck.

"Who do you think you are?" Wanda's Chaos Magic surged to its peak. "You don't even have a place to stand in your master's bedroom!"

Susan sneered, her Invisible Force Field already quietly spreading beneath the wheelchair, ready to move the wheelchair and its incarnation together.

Gwen Stacy hung upside down from a lamppost, the electric arc on her dagger crackling, ready to sever the tendons of the other three at any moment.

The four women, vying for this "trophy," were so tense that they stood ready to tear each other to shreds in the square.

Scott Summers looked at the monsters with despair, feeling that he and the professor didn't even deserve to be cannon fodder.

Top floor.

Lynn stared at the farce unfolding on the screen, preparing to reprimand these reckless women.

Thump!

The dark gold mark on the inside of his left arm suddenly erupted with a heat ten times stronger than before!

Lynn suddenly stood up, crushing the Ceramic Coffee Cup in his hand. Hot liquid dripped through his fingers, but he didn't even notice.

On the screen, in the ruins of the central square.

From deep within the still-burning wreckage of the fighter jet, a stream of extremely viscous and violent Dark Gold flames suddenly surged forth.

This flame completely disregarded the laws of physics, consuming all the surrounding steel, cement, and even burning aviation fuel.

A woman with fiery red hair like a waterfall, barefoot, slowly emerged from the wreckage, stepping on the dark golden lava covering the ground.

She didn't even glance at Wanda, Hela, and the other three people surrounding her; her Dark Gold eyes, devoid of pupils, pierced through hundreds of meters of space and locked onto Lynn on the top floor of the Baxter Building.

The woman grinned, and a harsh, grating sound, like two hot irons rubbing together, escaped her throat.

"I'm here... to burn them to death."
