Cold Logic Collides with Yandere Guardians: Ultron Skips the Chain of Command
Within the Negative Zone, the cold, hard texture of the Bone Throne seeped into Lynn's senses along his spine.
He had just finished assigning tasks to the three leaders of the "Special Rectification Leading Group," and the space still lingered with the undercurrent of competition that had set off when they left. Wanda was eager to prove herself, Jean harbored a strong desire to become the "deputy leader," while Hela, far away in New York carrying out "refined stability maintenance," was bound by a stringent performance evaluation system.
Everything proceeded smoothly along the predetermined path, just as he had written.
This Ultron Crisis, born from Tony Stark's despair, has been transformed by him into a controlled internal performance evaluation. He enjoys this feeling, holding pieces capable of overturning the world in his fingertips and calmly placing them anywhere on the chessboard.
However, in this tranquil atmosphere of complete control, a discordant noise suddenly broke in.
It's not the sound, but a more fundamental, structural "error".
It was as if, without warning, a stain composed of countless tiny ink dots had appeared on an absolutely flat sheet of white paper, spreading rapidly.
Lynn's fingers, which were tapping the armrest, stopped.
His gaze returned from the empty void before him, his brow furrowing almost imperceptibly. The Negative Zone was an extension of his spirit and power; every inch of its structure was connected to his consciousness. At this moment, he sensed an intrusive, offensive Probe attempting to analyze and penetrate the Mental Barrier he had erected in a savage yet efficient manner.
It's not Wanda's Chaos Magic, that's filled with emotional disorder; nor is it Jean's Psychic Power, that's psychic energy imbued with the warmth of life.
This force is cold and pure, devoid of any emotional impurities, driven only by absolute logic and a clear objective. Like a tireless supercomputer, it relentlessly cracks complex combination locks with brute force, never stopping even as each attempt triggers a violent energy feedback.
Lynn's eyes turned cold.
His first thought was of the newborn baby— Ultron.
He had assumed that the Artificial Intelligence he had implanted with the ultimate erasure command would first wreak havoc on the Earth's network, engage in several futile battles with Stark and the Avengers, and only then turn its attention to him, the "mastermind."
He underestimated the "efficiency" of pure logic.
After analyzing the "Notice from the Special Rectification Leading Group," Ultron clearly skipped all intermediate steps and arrived at the simplest and most direct conclusion: if you can't solve the problem, then eliminate the person who raised it.
"Interesting." Lynn's fingertips tapped lightly on the armrest again, a cold smile curving his lips. "I've seen plenty of reports from higher-ups, but a direct attack from a higher-level opponent... that's a first."
Before the words were even finished, the entire Negative Zone suddenly trembled!
It was not Impact on the energy level, but a forced tearing apart of the physical rules.
Dozens of meters in front of the Throne, space seemed to be gripped by an invisible, enormous force, violently tearing apart to both sides. Blinding arcs of electricity and Data Stream poured out, forming a series of extremely unstable temporary teleportation portals.
This is not magic; it is a technological marvel that uses immense energy to forcibly break through the Spatial Barrier.
The next second, a torrent of cold steel surged out from it.
It was Stark Industries ' abandoned Iron Legion, but it was different. Their bodies were covered with a layer of dark red lines, and their movements were no longer the stiff, programmed movements of the factory, but rather a deadly fluidity driven by some kind of algorithm.
They made no war cries, no unnecessary movements, and didn't even glance at Wanda and Jean, who were clearly more threatening and had just revealed themselves due to the disturbance on either side of the Throne.
All the Iron Soldier had only one goal— Lynn.
The moment they surged out of the portal, they transformed into torrents of steel in a suicidal, reckless manner, rushing straight towards the Bone Throne.
This is a decapitation operation carried out by Artificial Intelligence in its purest form.
At the same time, the data-level attack reached its peak. Lynn sensed that the cold, logical flow was no longer satisfied with mere infiltration, but had turned into a comprehensive, destructive Data Oblivion. It was attempting to format the entire Negative Zone, reducing it from a concept to a true, Chaos void.
Physics and data, a double stranglehold.
Faced with this sudden and fatal blow that bypassed all Defense Line, Lynn remained seated on his Throne, showing no intention of rising at all.
Because he saw that two forces, far more terrifying and unreasonable than this storm of steel, had erupted.
"Who... allowed... you... to look him in the eye?"
Wanda's voice was soft, yet it seemed to carry a chilling coldness capable of freezing the soul. In her beautiful eyes, the Scarlet Chaos light resembled two collapsing stars, and the endless rage and the possessiveness of being offended made her exude an unprecedented aura of danger.
These robots were supposed to be her "achievements" to present to her master, a stepping stone for her to wash away her shame and regain trust. But now, they dared... they dared to bypass her and bare their fangs directly at their master?
This is a complete denial of her work! It's a ruthless insult to her very existence!
The Scarlet mist spread outwards from her, and those fearless, indomitable Iron Soldier, once touched by the mist, were plunged into the deepest nightmare. Their internal programs instantly went out of control; some began to Onslaught their comrades, some turned their cannons on themselves, and many more convulsed and twisted in place, eventually melting into a pool of molten iron.
Wanda didn't even lift a finger; her mere emotional outburst plunged Ultron's prized Iron Legion into a logical Abyss.
On the other side, Jean Grey's reaction was more direct.
She didn't say a word, but slowly raised her eyes.
A Dark Gold flame ignited deep within her pupils.
The next instant, an invisible and irresistible field of psychic Force Field enveloped half the battlefield. All the Iron Soldier covered by the field stopped moving abruptly. Then, amidst the ear-piercing sound of metal twisting, their bodies were squeezed and kneaded from the inside out by an invisible force. The hard armor was crushed into a ball, and the intricate parts were ground into powder.
There were no explosions, no flames, only a deathly silence and an efficient mass Oblivion.
Qin's face was expressionless, but her eyes, burning with the Phoenix Force, clearly conveyed two words: death sentence.
To dare disturb her time alone with Lynn, to dare attempt to harm Lynn in front of her—this is not merely provocation, but a violation of the most fundamental taboo of the Deity.
Hela was sent to New York by Lynn to deal with the "low-intensity technological rebellion" and was not present at the moment. However, the power that Van Dyne and Jean unleashed the moment their sore spots were touched was enough to turn Ultron's carefully planned "ultimate decapitation" into a farcical, one-sided Carnage.
Cold logic appears so fragile and vulnerable in the face of absolute, unreasonable, and Yandere power.
Lynn watched this scene with great interest. She saw the two women who had just been fiercely competing for the position of "vice leader" now displaying such an astonishing tacit understanding of "protecting their leader" because of a common external threat.
Ultron's computing power was rapidly evaporating, and its Legion was disappearing in droves, measured in seconds.
According to its logical assessment, the success rate of this operation has plummeted from the initial 73.4% to 0.001%.
However, just as the last batch of Iron Soldier was about to be completely wiped out, Ultron executed its "Plan B".
It neither chose to retreat nor to detonate its core and perish together with others.
Instead, a data packet was forcibly projected into the entire Negative Zone in the form of a broadcast.
Buzz--
Wanda and Jean, who were both in a fit of rage, froze simultaneously.
Countless Holographic Image appeared out of thin air in front of them, and even in every corner of the entire Negative Zone.
The person in the video is Lynn.
In one scene, Lynn shields his other self (Wanda) from a deadly laser beam with his back amidst the ruins of Sokovia, dying with a smile as he is pierced through the heart by countless bullets.
In another scene, atop Clock Tower in New York, he bravely cuts Silk to save a blonde girl (Gwen Stacy), plunging into the Abyss.
Another scene shows him on the Bifrost in Asgard, shielding a woman with ferocious antlers (Hela) from Odin's Gungnir, and smiling as he turns to dust...
Scene after scene, play after play, all depict Lynn's tragic end, sacrificing himself for different women in different ways.
These images are fragments of memories that Gwen Stacy extracted from the system backup to provoke Jean, and which Ultron secretly intercepted during the cyber war.
The final image of all the images froze on a huge line of text composed of cold binary code. That text was imprinted deep in Wanda and Jean's minds, filled with the emotionless malice unique to Artificial Intelligence:
[Target Behavioral Pattern Analysis: Serialized Self-Sacrifice]
[Emotional catalyst: plural, and not unique.]
[Current Alliance Stability Assessment: Crashed.]
