Missiles streaked across the sky, their long plumes of flame illuminating the Siberia polar night as if it were daytime. The intense heat instantly evaporated the snowflakes in the air, creating vast expanses of white steam. Inside his armor, Tony Stark's eyes were bloodshot, the lock-on cursor on his screen flashing wildly. His mind was filled with images from the video of his mother being strangled and his father's skull being smashed by punches.

Lynn raised his left hand, and faint, transparent ripples of Force Field emanated from his palm. But he did not release them.

Because a very sharp, angry roar came from above.

"Who gave you permission to point your cannon at him!"

Wanda's voice became shrill and piercing with extreme anger. Scarlet Chaos Particles erupted from her body like a volcanic eruption, weaving a huge Dark Red Shield above Lynn's head.

Boom boom boom boom--!

Dozens of Micro Armor-Piercing Missiles and High-Energy Repulsor Cannon slammed into the Chaos Shield. There was no violent explosion, no scattered shrapnel. Those modern weapons, carrying destructive kinetic energy, were like ice blocks falling into strong acid the moment they touched the Scarlet Magic, forcibly Oblivion along with the flames of the explosion.

The air was filled with the pungent smell of gunpowder and the acrid smell of burning Ozone.

Tony's Hulkbuster Armor hovered in mid-air, its thrusters spewing out eerie blue Plasma Exhaust. His visor popped open, revealing a face contorted with extreme rage, his eyes bloodshot.

"Get out of my way, Witch!" Tony's voice boomed through the armor's external loudspeakers, a hoarse roar. "This is between him and me! Anyone who gets in my way, I'll kill them!"

Tony completely ignored Wanda's murderous gaze; his eyes were fixed on the Winter Soldier at the bottom of the pit, who had lost his left arm and whose mouth was full of blood.

That's Bucky Barnes. The executioner in the video who smashed Howard Stark's skull with that damn mechanical arm, punch after punch.

"You know him, right?" Tony forced the words out from deep in his throat, raising the right arm of the Hulkbuster Armor high, the miniature missile launchers on the back of his hand snapping open. "Do you remember the people you've killed?"

The Winter Soldier lay amidst the shattered ice, blue sparks still crackling from the severed end of his Mechanical Left Arm. The excruciating pain caused his facial muscles to twitch slightly. His eyes, controlled by Brainwashing Program for decades, now held a hint of confusion, but more so, Beast instinct.

"I only remember... the mission." The Winter Soldier spat out a mouthful of bloody saliva, his voice muffled.

These three words completely ignited the last thread of Tony's rationality.

"Mission?!" Tony roared, the Arc Reactor on his armored chest beaming blindingly.

Instead of launching any more missiles, he shut down the thrusters on his lower body. The entire Hulkbuster Armor, weighing several tons, plummeted from the sky like a meteorite, carrying violent gravitational potential energy, and slammed into the ice crater where the Winter Soldier was.

He wanted to use the most primitive method to smash this bastard into mincemeat.

A savage killing intent flashed in Wanda's eyes. Her fingers curled slightly, and Chaos Magic compressed into two Scarlet blades in her palms, sharp enough to slice through Titanium Alloy. With just a glance from Lynn, she could shred this metal suit, along with Stark inside, into pieces.

"Stop, Wanda."

Lynn's voice wasn't loud, but it carried an undeniable penetrating power.

Wanda froze instantly. She bit her lower lip, the Scarlet in her eyes fading by half. Although extremely unwilling, she obediently dispelled the magic in her palm and landed beside Lynn, staring intently at the falling steel Beast like a lioness guarding her prey.

Lynn brushed the snowflakes off his tactical uniform, his gaze calmly fixed on the falling Tony.

He certainly couldn't let Tony kill the Winter Soldier now. He was the perfect pawn to tear apart the Avengers and completely destroy Captain America's faith. A dead Bucky was worth less than a screw on his mechanical arm.

Bang--!

The Hulkbuster Armor crashed to the ground, the enormous Impact shattering the surrounding ice, sending countless ice shards flying in all directions like bullets.

Without pausing, Tony's massive steel right fist, accompanied by a deafening sonic boom, hurtled straight for the Winter Soldier's head.

Just as the heavy punch was less than ten centimeters from the Winter Soldier's face, a slender, fair hand casually blocked its path.

Boom!

The violent kinetic energy was released, and the shockwave instantly cleared away the snow on the ground.

Tony's pupils constricted sharply.

Lynn caught the Hulkbuster Armor's powerful punch, enough to send a tank flying, with one hand.

There was no magical shield, no energy fluctuation. Lynn just stood there, his feet not even taking a single step back on the ice. The monstrous physical strength resulting from the combination of the Super-Soldier Serum and the Spider Physiology was on full display at this moment.

"Stark." Lynn looked up, his deep eyes meeting Tony's bloodshot ones, his voice as cold as the Siberia wind, "You've crossed the line."

"Get out of the way, Lynn!" Tony frantically activated the armor's power system.

The engine hissed under strain, and the hydraulic rods on his right arm spewed out hot steam from the overload. But no matter how hard he tried, the hand blocking his way remained as immovable as an insurmountable mountain.

"He killed my mother!" Tony's voice was filled with desperate sobs, tears mixed with sweat streaming down his face. "He strangled her! How can you expect me to stay calm?!"

Lynn felt the immense force pushing against his palm, and a mocking smile curled at the corner of his mouth.

"I know." Lynn's wrist jerked suddenly.

An overwhelming and terrifying force traveled through the right arm of the Hulkbuster Armor. The steel Beast, weighing several tons, was actually shaken back two steps by this pure physical force, and heavily crushed a large area of ice.

Tony steadied himself, Repulsor Cannon on his chest flashed a deadly White Light once more.

"So, you want to kill me too?" Lynn narrowed his eyes slightly, and the Invisible Force Field around his body began to compress wildly, causing the surrounding air to visibly distort due to the high pressure.

Wanda, standing to the side, had reached her limit. She would not allow anyone to point a weapon at Lynn, not even that so-called superhero. Scarlet magical energy formed a small tornado around her, shredding the ice on the ground.

If Tony dares to fire, she will rip his heart out in a fraction of a second.

Tony stared at Lynn's chillingly calm face, then glanced at the Witch beside him who seemed ready to explode at any moment. His last shred of reason was being torn apart.

He can't beat him.

Whether it's Lynn, who caught the Hulkbuster Armor's punch with his bare hands, or the Witch who casually crushed the Helicarrier, even if he gave his life here today, he wouldn't be able to touch a single hair on the Winter Soldier's head.

"What exactly do you want?" Tony's chest heaved violently, his voice hoarse as if rubbing sandpaper. "You sent me the video so I would kill him, didn't you? And now you're protecting him! What kind of trick are you playing!"

Lynn did not answer immediately.

He turned and walked towards the heavily injured and unconscious Natasha, crouched down, and confirmed that the Chaos Magic was still stabilizing her vital signs before standing up again, looking coldly at Tony.

"I never play tricks, Stark. I only make deals."

Lynn's voice sounded exceptionally clear in the wind and snow.

"You want his life, fine. But I need him alive right now." Lynn pointed to the half-dead Winter Soldier on the ground. "He has Hydra's entire Assassination List and the Secret Base Coordinates from the past half-century in his head. He's a key."

"I don't care about this damn base!" Tony roared.

"But I care." Lynn's eyes instantly became extremely threatening. "S.H.I.E.L.D.. has been hollowed out by Hydra. That old fox Nick Fury can't protect this world. I'm going to uproot Hydra, and he's the perfect bait."

Tony gritted his teeth, his armored fists clenching so tightly they cracked.

He wanted to argue, to rush forward without thinking. But he knew that Lynn was telling the truth.

"If you kill him now, what will Steve Rogers do?" Lynn threw out the most lethal card, his tone revealing a ruthless understanding. "Guess, will that Captain America, obsessed with justice and brotherhood, side with you, the victim, or will he fight to the death to protect his brainwashed brother?"

Tony was stunned.

These words were like a bucket of ice water, poured over his burning anger.

Steve? That old popsicle guy who always talks about moral principles, did he already know about this?

Lynn, observing Tony's constantly shifting expressions, knew that the time was almost right.

"Put your cannon back in, Stark." Lynn took a step forward, aggressively closing in on the Hulkbuster Armor. "I'm giving you a chance. A chance not only to get revenge, but also to completely destroy those Hydra executives who are actually behind the scenes giving the orders."

Tony's breathing became heavy, and the light on the armored chest gradually dimmed.

"What do you want?" Tony asked through gritted teeth.

Lynn smiled. It was the smile of a hunter seeing his prey completely trapped.

He raised his hand, his gaze passing over Tony and landing on the Winter Soldier's damaged Mechanical Left Arm.

"Spare his life." Lynn's voice was low and dangerous, carrying a devilish allure. "As for interest... you can take his most valuable possessions first."

Tony followed Lynn's gaze, his eyes narrowing sharply beneath the visor. The Laser Cutter on the right arm of the armor emitted a high-frequency hum.

Just as Tony was about to raise the cutter, the Winter Soldier's body suddenly convulsed violently, and an extremely strange, eerie blue Spatial Fluctuation erupted from inside his tattered mechanical arm!

Lynn's Spider-Sense instantly triggered the highest level of death alarm.

"Step back!"

Lynn shoved Tony's armor aside and activated his Invisible Force Field at full power.

But it was too late.

The Tesseract Extract hidden inside the Winter Soldier's mechanical arm went completely out of control due to the previous heavy blow. A blinding blue beam of light shot into the sky, tearing a dark Spatial Rift in mid-air.

At the other end of the rift, a pair of mechanical eyes Scarlet crimson were staring intently at Lynn.

That was... the Ultron's Prototype?!

Lynn's pupils suddenly contracted.

Who disrupted Hydra's Underlying Logic?!
