They had arrived at the Second Floor.
The elevator doors opened. Ye Qiyan smiled at the receptionist who sat collapsed on the floor, trembling all over, and the Long-Tongued Woman who had dissolved into bloody liquid on the ground.
"Not entirely Evil, just partly Evil inside the body? Has he been modified?"
"D-don't kill me! Don't kill me! I don't know! I don't know anything!"
The receptionist wasn't dead, and Ye Qiyan had no intention of killing him.
"Let's go. We still have a room to look at."
At his command, Eve picked the fellow up and headed toward the precise coordinates marked on the sand table.
That location was a room.
In that case, he wanted to see what was inside.
"0255."
Outside the door.
Ye Qiyan looked at the receptionist.
"Who's staying in here?"
The receptionist hurriedly shook his head.
"I-I don't know! I really don't!"
He wasn't lying.
After all, Ye Qiyan's Bewitchment was still beside him.
"So whoever's inside isn't one of the Train Conductors who arrived before me?"
"Where are those two staying?"
"0305 and 0412!"
Ye Qiyan noted those two locations, his gaze remaining on room 0255 before him.
"Open the door."
"The key is on the first floor. I'll go right..."
"Eve."
The Lightning Javelin landed in Eve's hand.
Even without being thrown, it was still a fine weapon.
A single blow struck the door.
The door was blasted open in an instant, revealing the scene inside.
This room wasn't meant for anyone to stay in at all. Instead, it housed a large array of surveillance screens.
The screens even showed the rooms occupied by the two Train Conductors who had checked in before him.
But in front of the monitors...
