• Under Bewitchment’s influence, the woman revealed that five Train Conductors had been summoned, but the other four vanished after their trains crossed over.
• The woman said the summoning had taken place five days earlier, and Ye Qiyan realized it was probably unrelated to his arrival through [Fork in Destiny].
• The System identified the world as a possibly multi-prefix Platform World and warned Ye Qiyan to stay safe without changing its unknown danger assessment.

Ye Qiyan healed a Black Tide Performer who had attacked him, then had Eve follow her to learn the Black Tide’s plans. After the Performer relayed her message, Ye Qiyan’s power reopened her wound and inflicted terrible pain, while he and Lisette remained at the library.

• The Performer accused Ye Qiyan of greed, and Eve nearly killed her before Ye Qiyan healed her with the Redemption card.
• The Performer told Ye Qiyan that the Black Tide planned to attack Former Days City and demanded that he open its gates for them.
• Ye Qiyan sent Eve to follow the Performer and report back after she passed on the message.
• The Performer contacted the Black Tide and revealed her plan to betray humanity and enslave humans once the Black Tide conquered the world.
• After Eve witnessed the message being relayed, Ye Qiyan’s power reopened the Performer’s wound and left her writhing in pain.
• Ye Qiyan praised the Redemption card’s usefulness, and Lisette told him he was the wickedest.

Ye Qiyan met Joachim’s puppet, accepted a deposit of Train Coins for opening Former Days City’s gates to the Black Tide, and reconsidered whether he would honor their deal. The System then revealed that the world was a Level 9 Abyssal Trial with Ye Qiyan as its sole Trial-taker.

• Chloe showed Ye Qiyan a newspaper report about the humanoid Performer’s death and hurried off to work.
• Joachim’s puppet met Ye Qiyan in a time-frozen restaurant and asked him to open Former Days City’s gates when the Black Tide arrived.
• Joachim’s puppet gave Ye Qiyan a deposit of 200 Train Coins and promised another 300 after the deed was done.
• Ye Qiyan admitted he wanted the remaining coins but had no intention of betraying humanity by opening the gates.

As the Black Tide’s Performer army advanced on Former Days City, Ye Qiyan refused to flee and rode toward the battlefield to hasten the [Abyss]’s Trial. The enemy gathered Plague Rat and Kamaitachi as allies meant to serve as part of a Trial exclusively for Ye Qiyan.

• Chloe warned Ye Qiyan that the Black Tide had reached the province and asked him to flee before the trains were sealed.
• Chloe explained that she and other Church of Discipline ability users would defend Rock Bastion, and Ye Qiyan refused to leave her behind.
• Chloe gave Ye Qiyan an envelope for her sister in the Imperial Capital, but he returned it and told her to deliver it herself.
• Ye Qiyan stored his train, mounted his motorcycle with Lisette, and rode out of Former Days City toward the battlefield.
• A Dragon Beast questioned Joachim about Ye Qiyan as Plague Rat and Kamaitachi arrived as allies for a Trial meant exclusively for him.

Kamaitachi and Plague Rat were ordered by a terrifying power to eliminate the human Train Conductor Altos, while Plague Rat secretly planned to use Kamaitachi as bait. As the black tide spread through Xi Prefecture, Ye Qiyan reached Lacadice Fortress and faced a battlefield dominated by a giant Dragon Beast.

• Kamaitachi and Plague Rat nearly fought until ripples from the black liquid forced them to kneel and accept orders to capture Altos.
• Plague Rat recalled that a Supreme had identified Altos as a Profaner who had slain gods and warned that a being in the Wasteland wanted him dead.
• The black liquid bestowed power on Kamaitachi and Plague Rat, and they agreed to cooperate while Plague Rat privately intended to use Kamaitachi as bait.
• Joachim offered the gods his plan as the black tide began eroding the land in Xi Prefecture.
• Ye Qiyan drove Road Hog, combined with White Bear, to Lacadice Fortress and saw a giant Dragon Beast fighting a human Elemental Resonator.

Ye Qiyan sent Hunt and the Gluttony Legion to fight the Black Tide in the city, where Hunt defeated the level 9 Dragon Beast Aponobek and Gluttony began devouring it. The stunned Human Commander realized that Ye Qiyan had summoned the strange forces.

• Ye Qiyan summoned Hunt in its true form, startling the Resonator and the Dragon Beast as the Human Commander prepared to sacrifice his life.
• Hunt struck Aponobek, then blocked its beam attack in Guard Mode while Ye Qiyan identified it as a level 9 Dragon Beast.
• Ye Qiyan released Gluttony and ordered its legion to attack the Black Tide Performers and feed on Aponobek.
• Hunt battered Aponobek with missiles, taunted it, and let it gather power for an attack before biting it in half and shielding the city from its Magic Array.

Ye Qiyan hunted the Dragon Beasts of Xi Prefecture with Gluttony, but at the sixth fortress he found a plague-ravaged ruin and ordered Eve to destroy it. The Plague Rat God's Surveillance Apostle then revealed its plan to spread plague and kill Ye Qiyan.

• Ye Qiyan refused a reward from the general and asked for the locations of the remaining Dragon Beasts, which he planned to feed to Gluttony.
• The general reported Ye Qiyan's arrival to the Land of Strange Laws' higher-ups, while Ye Qiyan obtained the fortress coordinates and set out in the Road Hog.
• Over seven days, Ye Qiyan and Gluttony hunted Dragon Beasts at successive fortresses, using Gluttony's transformation into Aponobek to deceive one before surrounding and eating the others.
• At the sixth fortress, Ye Qiyan found ruined streets filled with corpses and plague victims, and ordered Eve to destroy the site.

Ye Qiyan reached Aimosden Fortress and sent Gluttony’s forces to rescue the survivors and hunt for the Dragon Beast. As the infected commander lay dying after being abandoned by the noble young lady, Ye Qiyan appeared and asked if he wanted to live.

• Ye Qiyan continued toward the final coordinates, hoping people at Aimosden Fortress were still alive.
• The fortress commander defended hundreds of civilians while infected, but the noble young lady demanded he evacuate her alone.
• Ye Qiyan arrived with Lisette and Eve, then ordered Gluttony to purge the monsters and asked the survivors where the Dragon Beast had gone.
• The commander collapsed after the fortress barrier broke, and the noble young lady isolated him while civilians watched in fear.
• A voice made the commander question whether his sacrifice had been worth it, and Ye Qiyan appeared to ask whether he wanted to live.

Ye Qiyan revived a general, learned that the Dragon Beast had fled toward the Kamaitachi, and decided to pursue the monsters he suspected were gods from another world. In the Wasteland, Zhuxing Tu discovered Abyss’s plan to corrupt Ye Qiyan and sent him a warning.

• Ye Qiyan revived the general, who killed the plague-ravaged noble young lady and told him about the Dragon Beast, the Black Tide, and the Kamaitachi spreading across Xi Prefecture.
• Ye Qiyan obtained a detailed map and set out toward the Kamaitachi, suspecting Abyss had brought powerful beings, possibly gods, into the world to kill him.
• Zhuxing Tu heard Fate’s whispers and learned that Abyss planned to corrupt Ye Qiyan’s consciousness and make him part of her collection.
• Zhuxing Tu used her Astrology practitioner and Fate Cards to send a meteor to Ye Qiyan with a warning not to let his spirit fall below 50.

Ye Qiyan learned from Zhuxing Tu that Abyss was preparing a Trial and warned him to keep his spirit above fifty or flee, but he chose to keep fighting. At Blackstone Fortress, he used Anchor to banish the God of the Kamaitachi.

• Zhuxing Tu explained that Abyss targeted people for Trials and warned Ye Qiyan that his spirit needed to stay above fifty.
• Ye Qiyan thanked Zhuxing Tu and promised to help her in the next event, while she selected City of Miranda as its location.
• Two days later, Ye Qiyan watched Black Tide and kamaitachi attack Blackstone Fortress and spotted the God of the Kamaitachi among them.
• The God of the Kamaitachi recognized Ye Qiyan as a human who had killed other gods and sent his Apostles to attack him.
• Ye Qiyan activated Anchor and declared Banishment, sending the terrified God of the Kamaitachi into the sky and making him vanish.

After Ye Qiyan killed the Kamaitachi God, the Plague Rat God unleashed a world-consuming plague tide with support from Abyss. Ye Qiyan remained calm as the god appeared before him, leaving the battle about to begin.

• The Wasteland system erased the Kamaitachi God despite Abyss interference and recorded Ye Qiyan’s eighth godslaying.
• The Kamaitachi mourned their lost god and attacked Ye Qiyan, while his Gluttony Legion fought them without needing his direct intervention.

Ye Qiyan revealed that he could use the Anchor’s [Banishment] again, but chose to test his strength against the Plague Rat God without using the Blasphemy Card. He unleashed his demons and machines against the god and launched a Transcendence Warhead, leaving the Plague Rat God with no chance to reveal its hidden trump card first.

• Ye Qiyan placed a new Anchor Point and made the Plague Rat God realize that the Blasphemy Card could be used again.
• Ye Qiyan summoned Red Tears, whose war-born rain disrupted the plague rats and affected the Plague Rat God with emotion.
• Ye Qiyan manifested his [Ring of Evil], and the Raven Demon and Demon Raven attacked the swarm with black feathers and Corpse Crows.
• Ye Qiyan claimed the shattered throne, broke the [Demon King] crown, and gave his demons and demon machines the blessing of [Rebellion].

Ye Qiyan and his companions overwhelmed the Plague Rat God, and Ye Qiyan finished it with a sword strike empowered by Rebellion and Death Omen. After the Train System confirmed the kill, it warned that Abyss’s Trial was nearing its final stage.

• Ye Qiyan fired a two-second Transcendence Warhead, devastating the Plague Rat God and Blackstone Fortress.
• Ye Qiyan replenished his mental energy and stamina with Ebony, then directed Eve, Red Tears, and Hunt against the wounded god.

After the Abyss opened a door before Ye Qiyan and unleashed three powerful beings, he refused its offer and prepared to fight for survival. Ye Qiyan pierced the Abyss-controlled human, while Hunt and Eve battled the Dragon Emperor and mech.

• The Plague Rat God's corpse released black-red liquid, and a pale hand summoned a dragon, a human, and a mech from the Abyss.
• The Abyss opened its door outside Blackstone Fortress and offered Ye Qiyan a choice between fleeing and becoming an Abyss Species, but its bewitchment failed to affect him.
• The summoned trio emerged as Abyss-controlled beings, and the Abyss corrupted the Platform World as its monsters attacked Ye Qiyan's allies.
• Ye Qiyan activated Transcender and joined forces with Red Tears, then used Selfless State and Valstrax Drive to begin the final Trial.

• [Abyss] explained that he had arranged the attack to capture Ye Qiyan, whom he wanted to add to his Abyss Species collection.
• Ye Qiyan found the Abyssal Human's attacks crude and noticed threads connecting the attackers to a doorway into the realm of the Abyss.
• Ye Qiyan stopped speculating about [Abyss]'s motives and deliberately lured the Abyssal Human into an opening.
• Ye Qiyan activated [Gunfire Judgment], loaded an enhanced bullet into [Ebony], and fired at the Abyssal Human.

Ye Qiyan used the Gate of the Dead Realm to halt [Abyss]'s assault and force the True God into silence. With the Abyssal Mech and Abyss Dragon Emperor restored to their own fighting styles, Ye Qiyan rallied his allies to finish the Trial.

• Ye Qiyan killed the [Abyss Human] with a Bullet, freeing him to thank Ye Qiyan before vanishing.
• Ye Qiyan questioned [Abyss], then asked whether he feared death and forced him to answer through Rebellion and Bewitchment.
• [Abyss] unleashed The End, but Ye Qiyan summoned the Gate of the Dead Realm and challenged him to open it.
• [Abyss] withdrew the Black Tide, left the Dragon and mech behind, restored their combat memories, and cut off their Abyss power.
• Ye Qiyan ordered Lisette, Eve, the Demons, the machines, and the Azure Roar Thunder Eagle to attack the Abyssal Mech and Abyss Dragon Emperor.

After Ye Qiyan defeated the last Abyss Dragon, he finished collecting spoils and learned about the rewards for completing the Abyss Trial and its achievement. He prepared to leave the world once WALL-E returned, while deciding how to use the remaining Divine Cores.

• Ye Qiyan found Chloe and wounded soldiers trapped inside a barrier tied to Chloe’s life.
• Ye Qiyan gave Lisette the Talisman That Breaks All Methods, and she opened a passage through the barrier without destroying it.
• Chloe regained consciousness, accepted Redemption, and heard Ye Qiyan tell her she owed him a favor.
• After Ye Qiyan left, Chloe healed the soldiers and received the System’s invitation to become a Newbie Train Conductor.

In the City of a Thousand Stars, Lu Jiayun's plan to weaken the Train System met resistance, though the Northern Man allowed experiments to proceed in Miranda.

• Ye Qiyan received the Plague Rat God's vaccine and placed it in Eve's healing slot before falling asleep to Lisette's humming.

Ye Qiyan enhanced the Imminent Demise Drill with a Super! Super Drill, giving it a powerful breakthrough mode that could accelerate the train. He watched Villain and Lancelot train against Augustine and considered giving Lancelot the Kamaitachi God's core.

• Ye Qiyan woke to heavy rain and found Mingming unusually reluctant to leave his side.
• After breakfast, Ye Qiyan Ascended Super Drill! into Super! Super Drill! and used it to enhance the Imminent Demise Drill.
• Ye Qiyan examined the enhanced drill's abilities, including a tenfold-speed breakthrough that pulled the train forward and could make it levitate if it had Train Module Derailment.

Russell's message revealed that Substitute Rights Cubes were being sent to the City of Miranda, and Zhuxing Tu invited Ye Qiyan to an event there, which he agreed to attend.

• Ye Qiyan chose to give the Kamaitachi God's core to Lancelot, which gained the Kamaitachi Blade Lancer as its exclusive armament.

Ye Qiyan learned why Zhuxing Tu wanted help in the City of Miranda and discovered that only 160,000 newcomers remained before their tenth stop. As the strongest newcomers completed that stop, Mo Shi requested assignment to Ye Qiyan's block and received approval.

• Zhuxing Tu told Ye Qiyan she wanted Gina's Ritual Card and equipment that would help her use the Fate Cards, then sent him an invitation to the City of Miranda's special Hyperspace platform.
• Zhuxing Tu revealed that only 160,000 newcomers remained, with survivors in just thirty-seven blocks, and said Fate's Believers were selling Trial Vouchers.
• Ye Qiyan worried that Mo Shi might be merged into his block and checked that 2,199 people remained in it.
• Several powerful newcomers defeated the challenges at the tenth stop, preparing to enter the Wasteland after the stopping time ended.

Ye Qiyan’s block merged with a new batch of Train Conductors, bringing the chatroom to its ten-thousand-person limit. He discovered that old acquaintances Don Quixote and Mo Shi were among the newcomers, then saw a new strength leaderboard place him first.

• The Train System merged Ye Qiyan’s block with a new batch of conductors and designated the combined block E-3.
• Zhao An welcomed the newcomers and promoted his Mutual Aid Association in the Public Chatroom.
