Ye Qiyan defeated the Prism God, reunited the Divine Mechanism Gear, and strengthened Hunt and his weapon. At RUN Company Headquarters, he investigated the Secret Substitute Cube as trolls launched an assault, and he sensed divinity in Russell.

• Ye Qiyan defeated the Prism God with Judgment Enforcer, earned first place in the Trials, and received rewards from Eris.
• Ye Qiyan reunited the Divine Mechanism Gear and used it to give Hunt Mecha-Dragon a transcendent ascension.
• Ye Qiyan entered the Level 10 RUN Company Headquarters platform, where his Mechs explored underground and uncovered Megan’s recording and the Secret Substitute Cube.
• Ye Qiyan met Zhao Lin in the village beneath RUN Company and learned that Uto City had placed native spies around the company.
• Ye Qiyan and Zhao Lin reached RUN Company Headquarters, where Lu Jiayun learned the Secret Substitute Cube had appeared and ordered Batos to find its holder.
• Ye Qiyan enhanced Ebony with Glory Ascension, named it Black Sun, and gave Zhao Lin the Weapon Era Game Card.
• Trolls attacked RUN Company, and Stasia, the company’s Train Conductors, and its defenses fought back as Ye Qiyan sensed divinity in Russell.

Ye Qiyan helped Russell ascend to godhood, then killed him and defeated the Troll God before following the Memory Object’s trail. He entered the Colorless Land and discovered a hidden refuge containing the Golden Race Treasury’s map and the last survivor’s farewell letter.

• Batos sensed divinity in Russell as Monrojina revealed the hidden space beneath RUN Company’s headquarters to Ye Qiyan.
• Ye Qiyan learned that Russell had empowered Senior Couriers, allied with a Troll God, and planned to kill Alice and Stasia to become a B-Rank God.
• Russell and the Trolls attacked Alice’s concert, but Ye Qiyan intervened as Altos and challenged Russell’s plans.
• Russell sacrificed believers and natives to ascend, but Ye Qiyan shot him after Russell briefly admitted he feared death.
• Ye Qiyan preserved Russell’s body, explored the hidden Hyperspace world, and found a Memory Talent Cube meant for Heinz, the mayor of Uto City.
• Ye Qiyan banished the Troll God, then left the Black Market in charge of RUN Company and received the Obelisk of the Rememberer.
• Ye Qiyan upgraded his train and Redemption, then entered the Colorless Land, where the Golden Race’s Treasury Key led him to a hidden map and the last survivor’s farewell letter.

Ye Qiyan entered the Golden Race’s Treasury, defeated Colorless Will with the Golden Race’s final dream and the Blasphemy Ring, and returned to the Wasteland with Yulia saved. After recovering, he upgraded his train and built Martial Dread before departing for the Day of Escape station.

• Ye Qiyan followed the Golden Race map across the colorless land, crossed the Pink Peach Sea, and reached the Treasury with Lisette after evading Twelve Eyes and the Divine Eye Monsters.
• Aloflis revealed that the Treasury was a dream sustained by the Countercurrent Codex, but Ye Qiyan rejected her offer to remain and used Dream Tear to wake outside the vanished City.
• As Twelve Eyes and Ocean Current King attacked, Ye Qiyan and his allies fought back, but Aloflis’s grief and the last fragments of Blasphemy led Ye Qiyan to open her master's Coffin and create Dreamweaver.
• Ye Qiyan used Dreamweaver to restore the Golden Race for one final battle, and its warriors fought beside his legions as he confronted Colorless Will.
• Ye Qiyan formed the Blasphemy Ring from Anchor, Judgment Enforcer, and Dreamweaver, then defeated Colorless Will with the combined Authorities of Asmodeus and Glory King (Hod) as the Golden Race’s dream ended.
• Colorless told Ye Qiyan that the Apex Beings had caused the Golden Race’s End and revealed the origins of the Silver, Bronze, and Hero Races before disappearing after granting him a reward.
• Ye Qiyan saved Yulia with Demon Card · Redemption, and she later accepted his invitation to become a Train Conductor and persuaded Aloflis to leave with her.
• After recovering, Ye Qiyan upgraded his train, built the Superheavy Martial Dread Guard, and watched Augustine, Eve, Hunt, and Lisette defeat Martial Dread before choosing the Day of Escape station.

Ye Qiyan uncovered Zhou Shangqing’s past and helped him return to the Wasteland before traveling to Uto City to investigate Fan Huo’s capture and the Homecomers’ pursuit of the Memory Object. He failed to find Fan Huo, learned Heinz planned to become the True God Happiness, and watched Uto City’s influence turn stranded Train Conductors against its citizens.

• Ye Qiyan restored Zhou Shangqing’s memories, learned he had faked his death after the Wasteland journey broke him, and convinced him to return as a Newbie Train Conductor by trading away half of [Surpass the Stars].
• Zhuxing Tu completed her ring of thirteen Fate Cards, causing the Platform World to collapse, while Ye Qiyan and his forces defeated the City Lord and claimed the Steam Source.
• Ye Qiyan raised his train to level 23, bought Appraisal Lockdown, upgraded Iaijutsu and Barista, and gave the advanced Barista module to Lisette.
• After Fan Huo was captured in Uto City, Ye Qiyan learned that Zhuxing Tu had knowingly led him into danger and that the Homecomers wanted the Memory Object, then decided to investigate the city.
• Ye Qiyan entered Uto City with Lisette, teamed up with A Chuan to rescue Fan Huo, and used A Chuan’s assault as cover to search the government building and discover the suffering mirror city beneath it.
• Heinz confronted Ye Qiyan and revealed his plan to take Fan Huo’s War Cards and become the True God Happiness, while Ye Qiyan fought off Heinz’s forces and destroyed his doppelganger without finding Fan Huo.
• Zhuxing Tu warned Ye Qiyan that Heinz would attempt to create an eternal Utopia in five days, but Ye Qiyan refused to recruit his friends based on her prediction.
• Train Conductors rioted at Uto City’s Capsule Tunnels under the Happiness Blessing, while the city’s forces killed those trying to recover their trains, and Mo Shi asked Ye Qiyan to meet.
