The Referee Dragon beside them stared blankly at the scene before finally speaking after a long while:
"The winner! Xiluo Utrasis!"
With that,
a beam of white light began to envelop Xiluo, about to teleport him out.
But Xiluo beat his wings and flew straight out of the white light.
This puzzled the Referee Dragon.
Was this fellow going to fly back himself?
But unexpectedly,
Xiluo turned his draconic eyes toward the dragon blood filling the pit.
He casually pulled out an enormous glass bottle and waved a claw, drawing all the blood out of the pit and toward the bottle.
Then he smiled at the Referee Dragon and said:
"Although that fellow Baphomet was radioactive himself,
it's still dragon blood, after all.
As dragons, we should practice the virtue of thrift and good housekeeping!
We can't just let it go to waste.
Please wait a moment, referee. I'll leave once I've collected the dragon blood. That shouldn't be a problem, should it?"
"..."
The Referee Dragon was rather speechless at Xiluo's actions. His face twitched, and he turned his head away.
"You... make it quick."
"Heh~ Don't worry. I'll be quick."
Xiluo smiled as he spoke.
The Referee Dragon sighed inwardly.
If any other damn dragon dared waste time and disrupt the tournament like this after a match,
I'd give them a proper lesson.
But... against Xiluo, I wouldn't dare!
Although he was a level 19 dragon on the verge of becoming legendary,
after seeing the strength and ferocity Xiluo had displayed while thrashing Baphomet,
he was certain he was probably no match for this Dragon Cubs!
In that case, it was better to say less.
If a conflict broke out and this Dragon Cubs got the better of him, how could he keep showing his face among dragonkind?
