Xiluo looked at the dragons. There were nearly thirty of them.
Over twenty were Chromatic Dragons.
There were no Metal Dragons or Sub-Iron Dragons.
Of those two groups, one was naturally at odds with Chromatic Dragons. Although Karl and two other Metal Dragons lived in Niro City, if not for their debts,
those three would never have joined Xiluo in the first place.
As for Sub-Iron Dragons?
Their Dragon God, Jialugexingou, had always been at odds with Tiamat, even leaving the entire Sub-Iron Dragon race at odds with Chromatic Dragons.
Naturally, the Sub-Iron Dragons would not defy their own god's will.
Gem Dragons did not harbor such deep prejudices against Chromatic Dragons as the other two groups did.
Thus, a few of them were present.

Most were juvenile dragons, with some adolescent and young adult dragons as well.
Clearly, these fellows had been drawn by Xiluo's strength, seeking protection and hoping to gain some benefits.
Their strength, for the most part, left much to be desired.
Xiluo could not help sighing inwardly.
Dragons with some strength truly were proud and would not readily submit to another dragon.
Still, these were dragons, after all. Their potential far exceeded that of ordinary humans. Even without proper training after he took them back, they would make decent fighters once they reached adulthood.
But regardless, they had to be obedient.
