That evening, Kraft took Bear home. Just as he had expected, Bear immediately showed off her newly acquired armor in front of Quinn.
And, just as expected, Quinn came running to him to complain.
"Big bro, you're playing favorites!"
Before Kraft could explain, the dumb dog wrapped himself around his leg and began howling.
"I want one too! I want one of those transforming toys too!"
The kitty thought it was pretty clothes, while the doggy thought it was a fun toy...
Well, nothing wrong with that.
"Stop howling! I never said I wouldn't give you one!"
Kraft grabbed Quinn by the head and shoved him aside.
"Weren't you not around today? What if you don't like the armor I design? Come to the lab with me tomorrow, and we'll design a set for you together."
"How could that be! As long as it's from you, Big Bro, I'll like it!"
After hearing Kraft's explanation, Quinn beamed. His tail wagged as he rose onto his hind legs, pounced into Kraft's arms, and tried to lick his face.
"Then I'll just design whatever I want?"
Kraft fended off Quinn's enthusiasm as he spoke darkly.
"..."
Quinn froze, then hurriedly added, "Of course, it'd be even better if Big Bro could listen to a few of my suggestions."
"Your skin is getting thicker and thicker."
Kraft tugged at the flesh on both sides of Quinn's face and scolded him with a helpless smile.
After soothing Quinn, he finally stopped making such a fuss. Bear had originally wanted to tease him some more, but Kraft ruthlessly suppressed her.
After watching a soap opera with Alice for a while, it gradually reached around ten o'clock. With their precise body clocks, Kraft and Alice yawned at the same time.
"Good night, Brother."
Alice rubbed her
