The other nations’ daimyo began mobilizing against the Uchiha, leaving the Shinobi World on the brink of a united campaign.

• A accepted Konoha’s terms, and Mitokado Homura revealed that Hashirama Senju had driven Uchiha Fengyao back before handing A the Sealing Scroll.
• Darui burst into A’s office with news of a crisis as Mitokado Homura hurried toward Sunagakure.
• Tobirama returned to Konoha and went to the Hokage Building, where Hashirama and Hiruzen Sarutobi told him the Uchiha had killed the Daimyo of the Land of Water and installed Queen Haruhime as a puppet ruler.
• The daimyo of the other nations posted bounties on the Uchiha and ordered their villages to prepare for war.

Hiruzen Sarutobi ordered the shinobi villages to mobilize against the Uchiha after they seized the Land of Water and killed its Daimyo. As the other nations began preparing for war, Hashirama and Tobirama worried about the consequences of confronting Feng Yao and the Uchiha.

• Hiruzen Sarutobi assigned forces to attack Amegakure and the Land of Water, then accepted Danzo's refusal to lead the campaign in the Land of Water and sent Shikaku, Genichi, and Choza instead.
• Hashirama, Tobirama, and Tsunade left the meeting, and Hashirama worried that the Daimyo and nobles' united power would make war inevitable.

Meanwhile, Jigen entered his hidden dimension to inspect his Ten-Tails seedling, and Urashiki appeared, unaware that Isshiki considered him a potential sacrifice.

• Black Zetsu told Obito that the Uchiha had killed the Land of Water’s Daimyo and that the other villages were mobilizing for war.
• Obito laughed at Feng Yao’s troubles, but Black Zetsu rebuked him and said they needed to capture Fugaku’s or Itachi’s Mangekyō Sharingan to control the Tailed Beasts.
• At a temple in the Land of Fire, Jigen heard young monks discussing the Daimyo’s death before entering a hidden dimension through a black hole.

Isshiki planned to find a perfect Vessel and join the Allied Shinobi Forces, while Feng Yao prepared the Land of Water for war and returned to Kirigakure. Mei Terumi and the elders feared the consequences of fighting the Shinobi World, but Feng Yao remained confident.

• Isshiki told Urashiki that he would seek a Vessel and join the Allied Shinobi Forces, ordering Urashiki to keep Sasuke from interfering.
• Feng Yao left Eriko in the Daimyo Mansion and learned from Genji that resources were being sent to Kirigakure and supplies had reached the front.
• Feng Yao assigned a clone to oversee the Land of Water, left Genji to secure the home front, and departed for Kirigakure.
• Kishida Heihachi worried that Feng Yao's war against the Shinobi World had trapped him on the Uchiha's side.

Madara Uchiha openly entered Amegakure and watched its people as the village prepared for war. Feng Yao appeared in his hotel room, and Madara demanded that Feng Yao defeat him if he wanted Madara to believe in his path.

• As the Four Great Nations prepared to wage war, merchants left Amegakure while its people and ninja prepared to defend their home.
• Madara Uchiha walked openly through Amegakure, allowing its ninja to notice him but wondering why Feng Yao had not come to meet him.
• Madara checked into a hotel and reflected on the village's grim surroundings and the hope in its people's eyes.
• Feng Yao appeared behind Madara, who challenged him to fight and declared that he would believe Feng Yao only if Feng Yao defeated him.

Madara challenged Feng Yao to prove his strength, and Feng Yao brought him to the Kamui Dimension, where he explained Orochimaru’s cultivated Tailed Beast splinters. The two began a fierce battle with ninjutsu and Perfect Susanoo, which continued inside the dimension.

• Madara demanded that Feng Yao defeat him, and Feng Yao invited him into the Kamui Dimension to avoid damaging the Land of Rain.
• Madara noticed Tailed Beast Chakra in the dimension, and Feng Yao explained that Orochimaru had cultivated unconscious splinters from separated Tailed Beast Chakra.

• Madara demanded that Feng Yao use his full power, and Feng Yao transformed his Susanoo into a thousand-meter senjutsu giant with six arms.
• Madara charged Feng Yao’s transformed Susanoo, but his Susanoo shattered and his body scattered before reforming.
• Madara admitted defeat and acknowledged Feng Yao’s strength, while questioning whether force could bring lasting peace after their deaths.
• Feng Yao argued that peace could be maintained through effort, comparing unification of the Shinobi World to the founding of Konoha.

Feng Yao explained the hidden history of Indra, Asura, and the Ōtsutsuki Clan to Madara, who learned how the Rinnegan formed and how Kaguya’s plan had unfolded. The chapter left Madara contemplating the Ōtsutsuki’s planet-consuming methods as he prepared to face the Allied Shinobi Forces.

• Madara agreed to help Feng Yao keep Hashirama occupied while Feng Yao dealt with the Allied Shinobi Forces, and asked about Sasuke Uchiha.
