Feng Yao prevented the Uchiha massacre, exposed Konoha’s persecution of the clan, and began preparing a refuge while drawing Sasuke, Naruto, and Orochimaru into his plans. After Jiraiya brought him to Mount Myōboku, Feng Yao gained Sage Mode and considered seeking the other sage regions.

• Feng Yao used the system’s gift of Kage-level strength and Kamui to take control of the Uchiha clan, and he stopped Itachi and Obito from carrying out the massacre.
• Feng Yao defeated Danzo’s forces, exposed the Sharingan stolen from the Uchiha, and forced Hiruzen to make Danzo return the eyes and take his own life.
• Feng Yao recruited Orochimaru through Kotoamatsukami, entrusted Karin and her mother to his care, and asked him to research Hashirama cells and White Zetsu cells.
• Feng Yao showed Fugaku and the elders his Kamui Dimension and urged them to prepare to surrender the Military Police Force in exchange for resources for relocation.
• Feng Yao befriended Naruto and began training him and Sasuke, while secretly giving Orochimaru Sasuke’s hair to investigate Indra’s chakra.
• Feng Yao learned that Akatsuki had been offered a billion for his head and warned Itachi to postpone joining the organization.
• Jiraiya confronted Feng Yao about Naruto, and Feng Yao challenged him to a wager that would take them to Mount Myōboku.
• Feng Yao checked in at Mount Myōboku and received Sage Mode, then considered how to reach Ryūchi Cave and Shikkotsu Forest.

Feng Yao led the Uchiha out of Konoha and settled them in Amegakure, while revealing the future to Nagato and persuading him to support a new order. After defeating Kumogakure’s force and taking Killer B, Feng Yao became Akatsuki’s leader, leaving the Fourth Raikage furious.

• Feng Yao defeated Jiraiya, learned of Danzo’s plot with Akatsuki, and prepared for the attack on the Uchiha.
• Feng Yao confronted Nagato, revealed Obito’s identity and the truth about the Rinnegan, then joined the Uchiha in resisting Konoha and Akatsuki’s assault.
• Feng Yao destroyed the Sarutobi, Shimura, and Uchiha compounds, led the Uchiha out of Konoha, and settled the clan in Amegakure.
• Jiraiya took Naruto as his student, while Feng Yao strengthened his abilities, reunited with Karin and Izumi, and showed Nagato and Konan visions of the future.
• Feng Yao persuaded Nagato and Konan to entrust Amegakure and Akatsuki to him as he pursued education and the unification of the Shinobi World.
• Feng Yao defeated Darui’s Kumogakure force, subdued Killer B, and took him to the Kamui Dimension.
• Nagato named Feng Yao the new Akatsuki leader, and Feng Yao left Pain and Konan to manage its daily affairs as the Fourth Raikage vowed to respond.

Feng Yao strengthened Amegakure, defeated Kumogakure, and drew the other great villages’ attention while building his own organization. As Konoha responded to the growing threat and internal abuses, Obito remained fixated on Kakashi and Rin.

• The Fourth Raikage learned that Feng Yao possessed the Mangekyō Sharingan, while Obito discovered Feng Yao had taken control of Akatsuki and clashed with Spiral White Zetsu.
• Feng Yao expanded his operations in Otogakure and the Land of Rice Fields, arranged Hashirama cell transplants for Fugaku and Itachi, and helped Nagato recover his ability to stand.
• Feng Yao defeated A, Killer B, and Yugito in battle, then imposed a treaty on Kumogakure requiring payment and the surrender of its ninjutsu while keeping Yugito as a hostage.
• Black Zetsu revealed the Rinnegan’s Cursed Seal and the Infinite Tsukuyomi plan to Feng Yao, who recruited Tobi and ordered Obito killed, but Obito escaped to Konoha.
• The great villages reconsidered their policies toward Amegakure, while Feng Yao reorganized its government into departments and recruited Kimimaro after rescuing him from Kirigakure pursuers.
• Kumogakure urged Yugito to win Feng Yao over, and she blushed after receiving A’s letter asking her to secure his favor.
• Hiruzen investigated the clans’ abuses of villagers in Konoha, established a Forbidden Technique Research Group, and enlisted Danzo to monitor the clans as he rebuilt Root.
• Obito visited Rin’s grave, blamed Feng Yao for Rin’s condition, and left Kakashi struggling with guilt.

Feng Yao took control of Kirigakure, recruited new allies, and pursued Perfect Sage Mode while Konoha confronted visitors from the future. The arc ended with Sasuke suspecting Feng Yao had been manipulated by Black Zetsu and resolving to stop him.

• Feng Yao persuaded Kisame to join him, then led Kisame, Shin, and Kimimaro into Kirigakure to confront Suikazan Fuguki.
• Feng Yao defeated Yagura and Kirigakure’s forces, took Samehada for Kisame, and forced the village to surrender before appointing Mei Terumi as the Fifth Mizukage.
• Feng Yao recruited Zabuza, rescued Haku and his mother, took Utakata to Orochimaru, and tasked Kimimaro with bringing Jūgo back to Amegakure.
• Hiruzen Sarutobi revived Hashirama Senju and Tobirama Senju with Impure World Reincarnation as Sasuke and Boruto arrived in Konoha.
• Hashirama and Tobirama fought Sasuke before Sasuke explained that he and Boruto came from the future and warned Konoha’s leaders about the Ōtsutsuki Clan and the coming war.
• After learning about the Uchiha Clan’s massacre, Hashirama rebuked Hiruzen Sarutobi and the Konoha F4, while Feng Yao set out for Konoha with Fugaku, Itachi, and Yugito.
• Feng Yao obtained Tsunade’s Shikkotsu Forest scroll, reached the forest, and gained Shikkotsu Forest Sage Mode and Perfect Sage Mode before the Slug Sage agreed to train his companions.
• Naruto met Boruto and Sasuke, and Sasuke concluded that Black Zetsu had deceived him about Infinite Tsukuyomi and resolved to stop Feng Yao.
