Hyuga Akira glanced at Minato Namikaze. Even if Minato Namikaze had become Hokage, things probably would not have been much better.
For one thing, Hiruzen Sarutobi definitely would not have stepped down so readily.
"If those two advisers get their way, all of Konoha will become lifeless." Minato Namikaze shook his head. Under Hyuga Akira's influence, he saw things very clearly.
Those two advisers had no ability whatsoever. All they knew how to do was cause trouble, and all their rules were designed to benefit their own people.
"Don't worry. Getting their way won't be that easy." Hyuga Akira watched the ripples in his tea.

The window of the Hokage's Office had vanished.
Tsunade sneered at Mitokado Homura and Utatane Koharu. "You're both old enough to retire. Stop getting ideas."
Utatane Koharu's expression darkened. "Tsunade, are you trying to intimidate us? We're still Konoha's advisers."
"Elder Koharu." Orochimaru gave her a chilling look from the side. "Now that a new Hokage has taken office, I think Konoha has too few advisers."
"Orochimaru, what
