The flame of the oil lamp in the secret chamber flickered.
Madara lowered his hand, his newly born eyes looking at Izuna across from him.
Izuna looked at him too.
Their eyes now bore patterns that were similar yet reversed: Madara's Mangekyo pattern was encased within Izuna's, while Izuna's was the opposite, his own pattern encased within Madara's.
"How do they feel, brother?" Izuna spoke first, his voice steady.
Madara did not answer immediately.
He closed his eyes, then opened them again.

He stood and rolled his neck, his bones giving a soft crack.
Izuna stood too. He tried gathering chakra, and the patterns in his eyes flashed.
"My ocular power flows so much more smoothly than before," Izuna said. "And... the amount is completely different too."
Madara wasted no more words and turned toward the exit.
"Where are we going?" Izuna followed.
"The mountains." Madara did not look back. "To see just what these eyes can do."
The mountain gully was spacious and empty, with only the two brothers there.
Madara took a deep breath.
Then, with a thought-
Hum-
Deep purple chakra burst from his body!
It was not the skeleton of before, nor the half-body armor.
A complete, enormous chakra giant rose from the ground like a
