"Worororo! Boy, tell me your name! Anyone who can fight me this fiercely is an opponent worthy of recognition!"
Kaido laughed heartily, his eyes filled with admiration for Ailik.
Ailik replied with a simple, guileless air, "My name is Ailik."
With that, he walked off to the side, took food out of his Spatial Ring, and began eating with gusto.
At the sight, Kakarot grinned and teased:
"Kaido! See? I told you your strength still wasn't quite there yet!"
"Kakarot, once I'm stronger, I'll definitely come back to settle things with you," Kaido said firmly.
"Kaido, don't rush off just yet. Recover first, then spar with my other companions."
Kakarot extended the invitation warmly.
Kaido considered it for a moment, thinking that fighting people close to his own strength
was indeed more effective than training alone, then nodded and replied:
"All right! But I have one condition!"
"I want you to exchange a few moves with me, so I can clearly understand
just where the gap lies between my current strength and the strongest fighters!" Kaido looked intently at Kakarot.
Kakarot agreed readily without the slightest hesitation.
As it happened, he had recently gained a completely new understanding of how to control his will and spirit,
and seemed able to weave them deftly into each of his moves. He had been looking for a chance to try it.
After Kaido had recovered a little, Lina, Slade, and Simba stepped forward.
Lina possessed Admiral-level combat strength and formidable martial arts skills, and had mastered Heaven-Splitting Claw Intent. She was a Logia Cloud-Cloud Fruit user and could currently wield thunderclouds and compressed clouds proficiently.
Simba was at the level of an Admiral candidate. He had eaten the Ancient Zoan Flame-Flame Lion Fruit and excelled at attacking with the Six Powers martial arts.
