A few minutes later, Yingyue led the group deeper into the rocky area.

Before Kakarot could ask, Vian eagerly explained, "Kakarot, we're heading to Black Ironstone Mountain in there to test our strength."

"Thank you, Vian!" Kakarot said, his sharp brows curving as his lips lifted into a smile.

"You're welcome!" With her hands behind her back, Vian skipped along like a cheerful little bird, her slender cat tail swaying uncontrollably, full of lively charm.

Soon, they arrived before a massive black mountain two or three hundred meters tall.

At a glance, it resembled an enormous black giant standing silently between heaven and earth, radiating a mysterious, imposing air.

The entire mountain was pitch-black, reflecting a cold sheen under the sunlight,

as though it had been built from countless enormous black boulders, every texture telling of the ravages of time.

On the mountain's left side stood a sheer rock face perpendicular to the ground.

It was densely covered in fist marks, claw marks, sword cuts, and other traces, as though recounting countless past collisions.

"Kakarot, you go first. Hit the rock face with everything you've got," Yingyue instructed seriously.

"Good luck! I know you can pass the test," Lilith cheered him on from the side.

Kakarot nodded, his expression focused.

This is my first time showing my strength. Let's see what the Saiyan bloodline can do! Kakarot was filled with soaring ambition.

He slowly approached the rock face and took a deep breath. In that instant, his blood boiled.

Though he had never received formal training, his Saiyan blood surged wildly within him at that moment.

He followed his body's instinctive responses, the fighting intuition rooted deep in his bloodline.

His feet planted firmly on the ground as though he had become one with the earth. His leg muscles instantly tightened like powerful springs ready to release.

Then he sharply twisted his waist and hips, using his waist as the central pivot to gather all his strength in an instant, like a hundred rivers flowing into the sea.

His shoulder drove his arm forward, swinging as swiftly as a streak of black lightning.

His fist carried a howling wind like a cannonball leaving its barrel, striking the rock face with tremendous force and all his strength.

A thunderous bang rang out, as though it would shatter the surrounding air.

The powerful recoil forced Kakarot back several steps.

Cradling his slightly trembling hand, he looked at Yingyue with a hint of anticipation. "Yingyue, how did I do?"

Lilith hurried to his side, her eyes full of worry. Seeing this, Kakarot gently rotated his arm to show that he was fine.

Yingyue and the others could not help looking at Kakarot in surprise.

"Kakarot! You actually have the strength of two horses. This is incredible!" Yingyue's voice trembled with excitement.

She was filled with delighted surprise. She had never expected another genius to emerge among the Mink Tribe. This generation of children really was brimming with talent.

How is that strength of two horses calculated? Kakarot wondered.

He was familiar with the Doriki Value used by the Marines to measure strength and knew that an ordinary trained Marine had 10 Doriki, but he knew absolutely nothing about this Mink Tribe unit of measurement.

"This is how our Mink Tribe measures it. You left a two-millimeter mark in the rock face, so that's the strength of two horses," Emily eagerly explained.

"But some of our predecessors who went to sea learned about a unit called Doriki from the Marines. Your strength of two horses is equivalent to 100 Doriki.

"We generally use Doriki to measure it now, too. Yingyue probably only said two horses because she was so excited."

"Thank you, Emily! I understand now."

Kakarot looked at Emily, who had a pair of white wings on her back, and thanked her warmly.

Hearing this, Simba and Vian looked astonished. They had not expected Kakarot to perform so well on his very first test.

Ailik, meanwhile, still wore his usual honest smile.

Yingyue collected herself and said, "Kakarot, for the ten-year-old age group on our team, the passing standard

"is a Doriki Value above 50, or above 40 with the ability to release an electric current."

"Having 100 Doriki at ten like you is very rare, but you have too little fur. Trying to discharge electricity through your tail would be far too difficult."

"But don't get too proud. Our Mink Tribe is a born warrior race. Even our ordinary adult tribespeople have over a hundred to two hundred Doriki."

Yingyue seemed worried that Kakarot would get full of himself, so she added a few words.

Lilith and the others gathered around Kakarot, discussing it animatedly.

"The rest of you, keep going. Let's see how much you've improved over the past month." Yingyue's voice broke up the brief commotion.

Lilith eagerly stepped forward and declared to Kakarot, "Don't get too pleased with yourself, Kakarot. I'm strong, too."

With that, she slammed a fist into the rock face with all her strength, then used the recoil to land nimbly several meters away like a swallow in flight.

"Good. Your control over your strength has improved again, and your Doriki Value has reached 110, over ten points higher than a month ago." Yingyue was generous with her praise.

"Would you like to test again using electricity?" Yingyue suggested.

Lilith nodded in agreement. Kakarot thought to himself, Lilith seems very talented, too. She's already mastered electricity at such a young age.

Lilith extended her sharp tiger claws, raised them high, and swiftly slashed toward the rock face.

Blue electricity coiled around her claws as they swept rapidly across the rock face, its piercing crackle mingling with the whistle of air.

"A Doriki Value of 150. Good. Your control over your electricity is getting better and better, too." Yingyue's face was full of smiles.

Lilith walked back smugly and raised her eyebrows at Kakarot. "You're amazing, Lilith!" Kakarot praised her with a smile.

"Wow! Lilith, you're incredible!" Vian and Emily's eyes were full of admiration.

Lilith planted her hands on her hips and laughed. "Hahaha! The great Lilith is the strongest!"

"Hmph! I'm not bad, either." Unconvinced, Simba walked up to the rock face and slammed his palm against it.

"A Doriki Value of 105. Good, you've improved a lot. Next," Yingyue said.

"Yingyue, I've mastered electricity, too," Simba announced happily.

Yingyue's eyes lit up. "Then hurry and test again."

Perhaps because Simba had more fur, the electricity he released was more violent than Lilith's.

"A Doriki Value of 135. Very good, but you need to improve your control over the electricity. You're wasting a little too much power."

Simba nodded solemnly.

"You don't need to put too much pressure on yourself, either. You're already doing very well," Yingyue encouraged him.

"Next."

Ailik went up and threw a punch.

"200 Doriki. Very good, Ailik. You haven't grown that big for nothing. Have you mastered electricity?"

"No, but I learned Savage Bull Charge," Ailik said with an honest air.

"Then give it a try."

Ailik backed up several dozen meters, then lowered his head, pointed his jet-black horns straight ahead, and began charging.

Even the rocky ground seemed to tremble a little before he crashed into the rock face with a boom.

Ailik sat down on the ground, dizzy and seeing stars. Everyone was quite fond of this big, simple fellow and hurried over to help him aside to rest.

"That strike from Ailik had 300 Doriki, but it's very easy to dodge. He'll need more speed training from now on," Yingyue analyzed.

"Next."

Vian stepped forward confidently, instantly activated her electricity, gripped her two blades in both hands, and slashed fiercely at the rock face.

"Vian, 105 Doriki. You've improved, but you need to build up your strength or practice your swordsmanship more," Yingyue commented.

"Now test your raw physical strength," Yingyue instructed.

Vian struck with all her might, but her physical strength only measured 80 Doriki.

"Strength was never your specialty. Practicing your swordsmanship more from now on would be a very good path, too," Yingyue encouraged her.

Vian skipped back and said energetically, "Got it. I'll work hard."

Finally, it was Emily's turn. She expertly nocked an arrow and drew her bow, dazzling electricity flowing from her hands into the bow and arrow.

With a whoosh, accompanied by the piercing crackle of electricity and a shriek that tore through the air, the arrow embedded itself in the rock face like a shooting star.

"A Doriki Value of 120. Emily, test your physical strength for me!" Yingyue suddenly called out sternly.

"Ah! All right," Emily answered dejectedly. She extended her sharp claws and raked them across the rock face.

"A Doriki Value of 90. Emily, you need to train your body more, too. Work more on the endurance of your fingers and forearms, or you won't be able to draw a good bow more than a few times in the future," Yingyue reminded her.

"All right, the testing is finished. You've all worked hard this past month. Keep it up.

"Next, we'll go have lunch, then hold sparring matches in the afternoon," Yingyue said with a smile.
