Director Yu: "Question: what's the hardest thing that women love most, especially married women?"

Everyone: Again?!?

Live chat: Director, are you serious?!?

Xu Su: Ah! I've read this one too!

A minute later, Director Yu rang the bell, signaling for everyone to reveal their whiteboards.

Xu Su was still the fastest: "Diamonds."

Huo Yuchen was still the most composed: "Diamonds."

The remaining four, however, were rather awkward:

Shen Chuanzhu still looked utterly unruffled, but his answer had started getting evasive: "The D."

Lu Jing was so embarrassed that he simply left his board blank, choosing not to answer.

Zhuang Luo had gone red too, and his answer was as vague as could be: "That thing."

Li Weizhou kept coughing, not daring to look at the camera for the longest time: "Below the belt."

After reading their answers, Director Yu looked utterly exasperated. "My dear law-abiding guests, this is a respectable show! Could you please rein it in a little?"

Li Weizhou tried to argue his way out. "Director, don't you think the question is the problem?"

Director Yu did not. "These questions were all carefully selected by our sponsors. How could there possibly be anything wrong with them?"

"..."

Great. Now it made sense why these questions were so unhinged.

Next came the third question.

Director Yu: "Question: which part of the human body swells to many times its size when stimulated?"

"..."

Apart from Xu Su and Huo Yuchen, the other four were already starting to go numb.

Time slowly passed, bringing them to the eleventh question.

As things stood, the scores were:

Xu Su had 9 points, Huo Yuchen had 10, Shen Chuanzhu had 4, Lu Jing had 1, Zhuang Luo had 1, and Li Weizhou had 2.

The last two questions were crucial.

Especially for the bottom three.

Looking at the numbers on the scoreboard, Xu Su's eyes flickered with a faint glimmer.

He gave a fake cough and looked at Lu Jing on his left.

Without speaking, he discreetly conveyed with his eyes: Look at my answer in a minute!

Lu Jing probably used up a lifetime's worth of quick thinking right then, immediately catching on: O-fucking-K!

Beside them, Huo Yuchen took in a certain someone's little scheme. His body unconsciously leaned forward a few inches, blocking the view of the two men to his right.

After having some water, Director Yu began reading the question. "Question: why can't a rare steak and a medium steak be friends?"

The questions had returned to normal back at question nine, so more and more viewers were joining in to answer.

After all, normal people still outnumbered the rest these days.

[Because both steaks are nuts???]

[Because the two steaks slept together???]

[Because the age gap between the steaks is too big???]

[Let the high schoolers keep handling this one. Us college students can't do it.]

The viewers' guesses kept coming, and the answers on set were just as varied:

Xu Su: "Because they aren't well done with getting acquainted."

Huo Yuchen: "Because they aren't well done with getting acquainted."

Lu Jing copied the example: "Because they aren't well done with getting acquainted."

Shen Chuanzhu invented his own answer: "Because they aren't human and can't speak human language."

Zhuang Luo racked his brains: "Because they got eaten before they had time to become friends."

Li Weizhou thought long and hard: "Because the cows came from different countries and don't speak the same language."

After reading everyone's answers, Director Yu calmly took out his portable microphone and announced the correct answer: "-Because they aren't well done with getting acquainted!"

So Xu Su, Huo Yuchen, and Lu Jing each earned 1 point for this question.

[Great, I lost again.]

Watching the scores change again, Zhuang Luo completely panicked.

He had never imagined that he would be in last place.

He had thought that, no matter what, he would never be the one at the bottom.

If he had known it would turn out like this, he should never have gone to comfort Xu Su in the first place.

If he hadn't gone to comfort Xu Su, Xu Su wouldn't have given him a hard time!

If Xu Su hadn't given him a hard time, his mood wouldn't have been affected!

If his mood hadn't been affected, he definitely wouldn't have come last!

So all of this was Xu Su's fault!!!

Turning to look at the grinning Xu Su, resentment flashed in his eyes.

Then Director Yu read out the final question: "One mountain cannot accommodate two tigers. So what happens with two mountains?"

After hearing the question, Xu Su confidently wrote his answer on his whiteboard, then tilted it a little toward Lu Jing as usual so he could copy.

To his right, however, Huo Yuchen did not write anything.

He lounged lazily against his chair, his casual gaze falling on the scoreboard. Light shifted in his eyes, and he looked thoughtful.

Farther along, Zhuang Luo was already sweating with anxiety.

He didn't want to finish last, but he wasn't sure of the answer either, so he kept erasing and writing on his whiteboard, writing and erasing, frantic with worry.

Li Weizhou was in the same state.

Li Weizhou wanted to at least overtake Lu Jing and secure six mu of land for himself, which would give him more spare time to help Zhuang Luo, so he was extremely anxious too.

But time was just that annoying: when you wanted it to hurry, it crawled, and when you wanted it to slow down, it flew!
