Arrival at Water 7

After occupying Sky Island and arranging its governing policies, Satoru Gojo led his pirate crew toward Water 7.

Several days later, Enel finally arrived at Water 7 aboard the Ark Maxim.

"Enel, guard the ship. Notify me immediately if anything happens. Koratt, take your men to buy supplies."

After the Ark Maxim landed, Satoru Gojo gave his instructions. "Esdeath, Sasuke, come with me."

"This god refuses to guard the ship! This god wants to go out and see what the Blue Sea is like too!"

"In that case, go look around on your own. But keep your Mantra covering the Ark Maxim. Don't let anyone approach it."

Since this was Enel's first visit to the Blue Sea, Satoru Gojo agreed to his request.

"Where are we going?"

Esdeath asked Satoru Gojo.

"To the shipyard."

"The shipyard? Are you going to build a ship?"

"No, I'm looking for shipbuilders."

"Shipbuilders? What do you want with them?"

"The people I'm looking for aren't ordinary shipbuilders. They're World Government spies."

Sasuke cut in. "So?"

"As spies, they're rare talents. We need to expand our forces, and their abilities will come in handy."

Satoru Gojo grinned, looking as though he was determined to get them.

Before long, Satoru Gojo and his two companions arrived at the Galley-La Company's shipyard.

Several foremen were directing the shipwrights as they built and repaired hulls.

Some of those foremen were the people Satoru Gojo was looking for.

"Rob Lucci, I finally get to meet you!"

"May I ask what you need me for, sir?"

Hearing someone call his name, Lucci asked very politely.

Lucci and the others were undercover in Water 7. They treated people warmly and were well liked, so even though he did not know Satoru Gojo, Lucci showed no displeasure.

"Lucci, join my pirate crew!"

Satoru Gojo did not beat around the bush and instead made his offer directly.

"I'm sorry, sir. I think my current job is quite good. I have no desire to become a pirate."

Puzzled by Satoru Gojo's sudden invitation to join his pirate crew, Lucci froze for a moment before refusing.

"Are you going to keep working undercover here?"

Satoru Gojo's casual words exploded in Lucci's ears.

How does he know I'm a spy? Did someone betray us? Impossible! Very few people know we're undercover in Water 7. None of them would betray us!

"I don't understand what you mean!"

Despite his shock, Lucci still showed nothing on his face.

As expected of a well-trained spy!

"There's no need to play dumb anymore. Aren't you here for the blueprints of the Ancient Weapon Pluton?"

"It seems you've obtained very accurate intelligence. There's no need for us to keep pretending!"

As Lucci spoke, Kaku and Blueno, who were nearby, walked over to his side.

"Foreman Lucci, are you spies?"

The shipwrights beside Lucci could not believe that the people they had worked alongside for years were actually spies with sinister intentions!

"Thanks to you, our mission has failed!"

Lucci ignored the shipwrights' question and addressed Satoru Gojo instead.

"So it failed. Just come with me!"

"In that case, we'll take down your Jujutsu Pirates!"

"Huh? You want to fight? It's not that I look down on you, but you really don't have what it takes!"

"Do you think defeating one of the Shichibukai makes you invincible?"

Lucci's voice carried a chill as he met Satoru Gojo's gaze.

"I was already invincible! That's just a fact! Defeating a Shichibukai was just something I did along the way!"

Seeing that a fight could erupt at any moment, Esdeath stepped to Satoru Gojo's left, while Sasuke moved to his right, creating a one-on-one standoff with Lucci, Kaku, and Blueno.

"I've heard plenty about the crimes of your Jujutsu Pirates. Killing a Navy captain, destroying a warship, wreaking havoc in Alabasta, defeating Crocodile of the Shichibukai. You did all of those things, didn't you?"

"We certainly did!"

Lucci reached up, removed his hat, and said:

"Since you've admitted your crimes, we'll be the ones to arrest you!"

Whoosh!

The instant his words fell, Lucci moved. Like an arrow released from its bow, he displayed terrifying speed, appearing directly before Satoru Gojo and lashing out at him with a fierce kick.

"Rankyaku!"

Using his tremendous leg strength to kick at high speed, he unleashed a massive vacuum slash that swept horizontally toward Satoru Gojo's chest, even catching Esdeath and Sasuke within its range.

Despite spending four years undercover, Lucci's skills had not deteriorated!

Whoosh!

Whoosh!

Esdeath and Sasuke swiftly dodged to either side.

Satoru Gojo stood his ground without dodging, his gaze utterly unchanged.

"Limitless!"

He gently raised his right hand and extended his index finger, meeting the slash capable of cleaving metal and jade directly with his finger.

Boom!

The powerful slash touched Satoru Gojo's finger as though it had taken solid form, trying to slice through it.

Yet no matter how powerful the slash was, it could not advance an inch. From a distance, it looked as though Satoru Gojo had pinned it in midair with a single finger.

Having caught the attack with ease, Satoru Gojo said:

"How dangerous! Why don't you try an attack like this yourself?"

Then Satoru Gojo curled his finger slightly and flicked it hard.

Boom!

The slash Satoru Gojo flicked away struck the spot where Lucci and the other two had been standing, blasting apart the even ground and making the street shake.

"Just as the intelligence said, you have a barrier that can block attacks. But any barrier must have a limit!"

Having dodged his own slash, Lucci landed on the ground and spoke.

"Do you think you can reach that limit?"

"Do you really think you're invincible? There are plenty of powerful people in this world!"

"How many times have I said it? I'm invincible. That's a fact! But some people just won't believe it!"

Lucci stared at Satoru Gojo, finding his words rather laughable.

"Is that so... You really don't know your own limits!"

Whoosh!

Whoosh!

While Satoru Gojo and Lucci faced off, Kaku and Blueno charged at Esdeath and Sasuke respectively.

Kaku said, "Beautiful lady, allow me to be your opponent! But I won't go easy on you!"

Esdeath said, "Don't worry! I'll go easy on you, because our captain wants you alive!"

Kaku said, "Alive? Your captain really is frightening!"

Sasuke drew the Kusanagi Sword and pointed it at Blueno. "Are you going to be my opponent?"

Blueno said, "You wretched pirate, surrender without a fight!"

Sasuke said, "I really don't understand what he wants with someone this weak!"

Hearing Sasuke call him weak, Blueno shouted furiously, "How arrogant!"

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

Almost simultaneously, all six launched their attacks: Satoru Gojo against Lucci, Esdeath against Kaku, and Sasuke against Blueno.
