Recently, Dressrosa had become a hot topic. Many newspapers and reporters immediately reported everything happening in Dressrosa, great and small, causing an enormous stir.

Under Satoru Gojo's decrees, Dressrosa was undergoing enormous changes.

Backed by substantial funds, Dressrosa was developing rapidly. Modern factories, civilian schools, and military academies were being built one after another.

Satoru Gojo had proposed this salute and the Wings of Freedom emblem. Since Dressrosa's guiding principle was to seek freedom and equality for its citizens, nothing could be more fitting!
