After hearing what had happened to Enel, Luffy looked as though his soul had been drained away. His lips stayed tightly shut, and he could not utter a word. His eyes grew extraordinarily dark, as though shrouded in thick storm clouds.
Just then, Zoro watched the lightning sphere, as large as Sky Island itself, slowly descend, and his hair stood on end.
He shouted, "Run! The attack is coming!" Before his words had faded, he dashed to Luffy's side, tucked him under his arm without hesitation, and leaped down toward Liu Qing and the others below with Sanji, as fast as lightning.
Watching their retreating figures, Enel curled his lips into a satisfied smile. He laughed wildly. "You can all perish along with Sky Island! I'm heading to my Endless Vearth! Hahahaha!" As his laughter rang out, the enormous flying ship slowly rose and flew toward the moon.
"Cien Fleur!" With Robin's low cry, countless arms sprouted from the ground and stretched out, swiftly catching the three who had jumped down from above.
As soon as he had steadied himself, Zoro surveyed their surroundings with a grave expression before looking at everyone. His voice was low and urgent. "What do we do now? Is there any way to break that lightning sphere apart? If not, I'm afraid all we can do is wait to die."
Zoro's words struck everyone's hearts like a heavy hammer, instantly turning the already tense atmosphere grim.
"Aah! We're done for! What do we do now?" Usopp and Chopper clung tightly to each other, their terrified screams echoing through the air as their bodies trembled slightly with fear.
Nami and Robin also looked unusually grave. Facing such an enormous lightning sphere, they knew full well that it was far beyond their abilities. They could not stop
