Uesugi Sasuke joined Shinobu Kocho, Kanao, and Inosuke in an assault on Doma’s cult headquarters, where they defeated Doma and avenged those he had killed. Kokushibo arrived immediately afterward, sent Shinobu Kocho and the others away, and pushed Sasuke into a fight that escalated with the appearance of his Complete Body Susanoo.

• Uesugi Sasuke infiltrated the Eternal Paradise Cult headquarters with Shinobu Kocho, Kanao, and Inosuke, then put the worshippers to sleep before Shinobu attacked Doma.
• Doma revealed that he had killed Kanae and Inosuke’s mother, and Shinobu Kocho, Kanao, and Inosuke fought him while Uesugi Sasuke used Amaterasu and Kagutsuchi to shield them from his ice.
• Shinobu Kocho left Sasuke’s shield to carry out her revenge, but Sasuke used Susanoo to rescue her and battled Doma’s Ice Bodhisattva.
• Uesugi Sasuke covered Susanoo’s sword in black flames and destroyed Doma and much of the headquarters with a decisive strike.
• Kokushibo arrived after Doma’s defeat and challenged Uesugi Sasuke, who ordered Shinobu Kocho, Kanao, and Inosuke to return to Headquarters.
• Uesugi Sasuke fought Kokushibo with his Mangekyō Sharingan techniques, but Kokushibo’s Moon Breathing and Transparent World countered his attacks and forced him onto the defensive.
• Uesugi Sasuke unleashed his ocular power and formed a Complete Body Susanoo with wings, legs, and two enormous chakra swords, while Kokushibo prepared to face it.

Sasuke defeated Doma and fought Kokushibo to a draw, then awakened the Six-Tomoe Rinnegan and took command of the Demon Slayer Corps. After preparing the Hashira and helping Tamayo deliver a drug to Muzan, Sasuke led the Corps into Infinity Castle and divided its elite demons among them.

• Sasuke wounded Kokushibo with Indra’s Arrow, but the two withdrew without settling who had won, and Sasuke returned to the Butterfly Mansion exhausted.
• Sasuke accepted Madara Uchiha’s trial, rejected Madara’s claim that bonds weakened him, and reconciled with Uchiha Itachi’s memory by choosing to protect others.
• Hagoromo Otsutsuki granted Sasuke Six Paths Yang Power, awakening his Six-Tomoe Rinnegan, and Sasuke took command of the Demon Slayer Corps.
• Sasuke trained the Hashira to handle Infinity Castle’s spatial shifts, helped them awaken Demon Slayer Marks, and supported Tamayo and Shinobu Kocho in preparing a four-part drug for Muzan.
• Sasuke learned Infinity Castle’s layout and Muzan’s shifting organs from captured demons, then assigned the Corps to assault, support, and main attack squads.
• Muzan arrived at the Ubuyashiki Estate, where Kagaya’s planned explosion wounded him before Tamayo injected him with the Four-Stage Final Drug and Nakime drew the Corps into Infinity Castle.
• Sasuke used Shinra Tensei to gather the fighters inside Infinity Castle, destroyed a mass of demons, and positioned the Hashira and their allies against assigned elite enemies.
• Kyojuro helped Zenitsu defeat Kaigaku, and Sasuke sent the exhausted Zenitsu for treatment before turning his attention to taking control of the castle.

Sasuke defeated Kokushibo, seized control of the Infinity Castle, and brought Muzan into a final battle with the Demon Slayer Corps. As dawn approached, Tanjiro and the Hashira weakened Muzan, but Sasuke collapsed after stopping his escape, leaving Giyu, Sanemi, and Gyomei to defend him from the reawakening behemoth.

• Zenitsu beheaded Kaigaku with his self-created Seventh Form, while Kyojuro protected him from Kaigaku’s attacks.
• Sasuke took control of Nakime and the Infinity Castle, then fought Kokushibo as Gyomei and Sanemi carried the wounded Muichiro toward Muzan.
• Sasuke destroyed Kokushibo with a blade combining Chidori, Amaterasu, and Kagutsuchi, and Kokushibo died remembering his jealousy of Yoriichi.
• Sasuke used Kotoamatsukami to command Nakime to gather the Corps and Muzan, then brought them together in a sealed arena for the final battle.
• Muzan transformed into a monstrous behemoth, but Sasuke shielded the Corps with Susanoo while the Hashira attacked and Tanjiro struck Muzan’s hearts and brains with the Thirteenth Form of Sun Breathing.
• Muzan killed Nakime and the Infinity Castle began collapsing, but her lingering instincts carried Sasuke, the Corps, and Muzan up to the surface.
• Tamayo’s medicines stopped Muzan from splitting and weakened his regeneration, so Sasuke ordered the Corps to attack as dawn neared.
• Sasuke stopped Muzan from burrowing underground with Samsara: Shackling and Shinra Tensei, then collapsed, and Giyu caught him, and Sanemi and Gyomei joined Giyu to face the reawakening behemoth.

The Demon Slayers and Sasuke fought Muzan through the night, finally destroying him at sunrise, but Muzan’s remaining flesh turned Tanjiro into a new Demon King. As the survivors tried to save Tanjiro, Sasuke entered his corrupted inner world to confront Muzan’s will.

• Muzan escaped the crater in a concentrated monstrous form, but the Hashira turned their weapons bright red and used Yushiro’s talismans to attack his visible hearts and brains.
• Inosuke was gravely wounded while protecting Kanao, and Zenitsu overcame his fear to save her and sever Muzan’s Bone Whip.
• Sasuke awakened and used Amenotejikara to save the wounded fighters and create openings for the Hashira, while Tanjiro linked the Sun Breathing forms into the Thirteenth Form.
• Muzan tried to escape as a blood cloud, but Sasuke compressed his scattered cells into a sphere, and Tanjiro and the survivors struck it as dawn broke.
• Muzan disintegrated in the sunlight, but his remaining flesh entered Tanjiro, who revived as a demon able to endure the sun.
• Demon King Tanjiro attacked the survivors, but Nezuko’s plea made him falter, and Sasuke saw that Tanjiro’s soul was still resisting Muzan.
• Kanao used her eyesight to locate Tanjiro’s soul and attempted to inject the humanizing medicine, while Zenitsu caught it and Inosuke distracted Tanjiro.
• Kyojuro and Giyu restrained Tanjiro so Sasuke could enter his inner world, where Muzan threatened to seize Tanjiro’s body and sent black blades at Sasuke.
