Takanashi Rokuno learned to fight demons, trained under Sakonji Urokodaki and Jigoro Kuwajima, and helped prepare Sabito, Makomo, and Giyu for survival. He reunited with Kanae at Final Selection on Mount Fujikasane and entered the mountain with her, determined to protect her and support Shinobu.

• Takanashi Rokuno awakened in a Demon Slayer world and used his newly activated Kai template to save Kanae Kocho and Shinobu Kocho from demons, then collapsed from hunger after defeating them.
• Kanae offered Rokuno a place to stay, and he raised his constitution with gratitude points before killing a demon that attacked the Kocho sisters’ home.
• Rokuno traveled with Kanae and Shinobu toward Mount Sagiri, defeated the Swamp Demon, and freed the abducted girls before meeting Sakonji Urokodaki.
• Urokodaki trained Rokuno, Kanae, and Shinobu, then sent Kanae to learn Flower Breathing and directed Shinobu toward poison-making while Rokuno stayed behind.
• Rokuno smashed the boulder that marked the end of Urokodaki’s training, then went to Mount Momoyama to train with Jigoro Kuwajima in Thunder Breathing.
• Rokuno learned Thunderclap and Flash quickly, developed Extreme Blade Flash, and defeated Kaigaku after Kaigaku sabotaged and attacked him.
• On his way to Final Selection, Rokuno met Sabito, Makomo, and Giyu at Urokodaki’s cabin and trained them in more destructive forms of Water Breathing before departing with a fox-shaped Warding Mask.
• Rokuno reunited with Kanae at Mount Fujikasane, learned that Shinobu had withdrawn to study medicine and toxicology, and entered the seven-day selection with Kanae at his side.

Rokuya protected the Final Selection candidates, avenged Urokodaki’s lost students, and rescued more than a hundred villagers from a demon farm. After proving his strength at headquarters, he became the Corps’ fourth Hashira and received an assignment in Tokyo Prefecture.

• Rokuya defeated the Hand Demon on Mount Fujikasane, saving Kanae, Murata, and another swordsman before hunting down the remaining demons and surviving Final Selection.
• Rokuya returned the broken fox masks of Urokodaki’s dead students, helping Urokodaki face his grief, then trained Sabito, Giyu, and Makomo and received the massive Nichirin Blade Shura.
• Rokuya and Tanaka discovered more than a hundred villagers imprisoned as livestock in Mochizuki Village, where Tanaka abandoned them and Rokuya fought the demon horde alone.
• The villagers’ gratitude gave Rokuya enough points to unlock the Shadow Battle Axe, and he killed the demons, freed 112 survivors, and left Tanaka for the Corps to judge.
• At headquarters, Kagaya stripped Tanaka of his qualification and proposed making Rokuya a Hashira, while Tengen and Gyomei questioned whether he was ready.
• Rokuya defeated Tengen in a combat assessment, and Kagaya appointed him the fourth Hashira after Rokuya chose the title Kai Hashira.
• Rokuya received Shura engraved with [Destroyer of Demons], demonstrated his precise strength, and was assigned to patrol Tokyo Prefecture.

Rokuya protected Tokyo from demons, supervised Final Selection, and helped establish the Butterfly Mansion with Kanae and Shinobu. He and Kanae then investigated Akagi Village, where Reiko’s revenge plot left him forced to choose between her and the captured villagers.

• Rokuya found Tamayo and Yushiro in Asakusa, learned that Tamayo opposed Muzan, and offered them protection in exchange for research and intelligence.
• Rokuya spent six months hunting demons across Tokyo, then became supervisor of Final Selection and rescued unprepared candidates before disqualifying them.
• Rokuya helped Shinobu pass Final Selection and supported her and Kanae’s plan to build the Butterfly Mansion for injured swordsmen and medical research.
• Rokuya and Kanae secured Kagaya’s approval for the Butterfly Mansion, then accepted a mission to investigate disappearances in Akagi Village.
• Rokuya, Kanae, and Reiko found a cavern where more than a hundred villagers were imprisoned, but Rokuro’s Blood Demon Art split them apart and revealed him as Lower Rank Two.
• Rokuya rescued villagers from the cavern while Kanae fought Rokuro, then suspected Reiko had betrayed them when she earned no Gratitude Points.
• Rokuya rescued Kanae from Rokuro’s cage and discovered Reiko was allied with the demon and had joined the Corps to avenge her lover Tanaka.
• Reiko forced Rokuya to choose between protecting Kanae and saving 132 villagers trapped in Rokuro’s shrinking cage, and the chapter ended before he chose.

Rokuya faced the consequences of his past choices, defeated Lower Rank Two, and strengthened his ties with Kanae and Shinobu. After confronting Muzan and hunting another Lower Rank, he encountered the Kamado family and learned Sun Breathing, leaving him with a new technique.

• Rokuya accepted responsibility for his choice not to save Tanaka, then broke Rokuro’s Earth Prison Cage and freed 132 villagers.
• Reiko saved Kanae from Rokuro’s attack and died after confessing her role in the revenge plot, while Rokuya beheaded Rokuro and led the villagers home.
• Rokuya told Kagaya about Tanaka, Reiko, and his guilt, then accepted Kagaya’s reassurance and vowed to keep fighting demons.
• Kanae became the Flower Hashira, and Rokuya clashed with Shinjuro Rengoku after praising Kyojuro’s courage.
• Rokuya delivered Rokuro’s blood to Tamayo, then fought Muzan, wounded him with Shura, and forced him to flee despite suffering severe backlash.
• Rokuya trained Shinobu, Giyu, Sabito, and Makomo, then left the Butterfly Mansion after his New Year’s Eve with Kanae and Shinobu strengthened his resolve to protect them.
• Rokuya pursued and killed Lower Rank Four Koyuki in the snowy wilderness, then followed cooking smoke to the Kamado home.
