Rokuya and the Demon Slayer Corps launched their ambush against Muzan, then fought the Upper Ranks throughout Infinity Castle. Zenitsu, Tanjiro, and the Hashira defeated their opponents, while Kokushibo’s past as Tsugikuni Michikatsu was revealed as his battle reached its end.

• Rokuya helped prepare the Corps for battle, and Kagaya assigned Shinjuro Rengoku and Tengen Uzui to guard the rear while Rokuya was told to go where he was needed.
• Rokuya detonated the explosives beneath the Ubuyashiki Estate, weakening Muzan, and the fighters were pulled into Infinity Castle after Tamayo attacked him.
• Zenitsu confronted Kaigaku, defeated him with his self-created Seventh Form, Fire Thunder God, and received confirmation that he had slain Upper Rank Six.
• Rokuya joined Kanae, Shinobu, Kanao, and Inosuke against Doma, then overcame the demon’s attacks and killed him with the Shura Blade.
• Tanjiro, Giyu, Sabito, and Kyojuro fought Akaza, and Tanjiro beheaded him after entering a state that concealed his fighting spirit, and Akaza recovered his memories as Hakuji and destroyed himself rather than submit to Muzan.
• Yuichiro and Muichiro faced Kokushibo, and Gyomei and Sanemi joined them as Genya’s demonic power and Muichiro’s red blade helped hold the demon down.
• The slayers severed Kokushibo’s head, and he remembered his life as Michikatsu, his jealousy of Yoriichi, and his decision to become a demon to escape death before age twenty-five.
