"Aren't they finished fighting yet?"

Hermione asked, puzzled.

She remembered that Harry and Malfoy were grouped together when the group assignments started. How come more than ten minutes have passed, and they're still facing off?

Just then, a Little Wizard screamed and ran out of the Great Hall. Ron and Neville followed closely behind, pulling Harry along with them.

The crowd erupted in a roar, everyone talking loudly.

Bell doubted whether they could even hear what others were saying, or even whether they knew what they were saying themselves.

No matter how you look at it, Bell felt that these people were venting their fears rather than discussing it.

"What's wrong? What happened?"

Hermione vaguely sensed that even Professor Lockhart seemed to have lost his composure.

Because the noise was so loud, all she could hear was a buzzing sound, and she could only turn her questioning gaze to Bell again.

To prevent accidental injuries from stray bullets, Bell had extended his perception range across the entire Great Hall from the very beginning. Therefore, he actually witnessed the entire event from start to finish.

"Malfoy summoned a Black Snake using ' Black Dragon Emerges from Cave,' but he couldn't control it, causing it to try to attack a Little Wizard who was watching. Harry used Parselmouth to stop the serpent."

Bell briefly recounted what had happened.

"Parselmouth?"

Hermione was hearing the word for the first time.

"It's the ability to speak Parseltongue, communicate with snakes, and even go further, control snakes."

Bell explained.

"!? Isn't that Salazar Slytherin's ability?"

Hermione looked toward the doors of the Great Hall, where Harry had just left.

"So, Harry is the Heir of Slytherin?"

Thinking back to the night after the Halloween feast, when Harry friends, and his companions were at the crime scene, and now, considering Parselmouth's abilities, it seems there's only one truth, even though it's hard to believe that the famous Harry, known as the Chosen One, could be the Heir of Slytherin.

"Hermione, I remember telling you that there's no such thing as an heir, right?"

Bell stared speechlessly at his girlfriend, who seemed to be possessed by "someone named Nan".

"Furthermore, Parselmouth isn't some extraordinary ability. In ancient times, some sorcerers conducted bloodline fusion experiments in order to obtain the unique spellcasting abilities of Magical Animals. Parselmouth are simply descendants of ancient sorcerers who had fused with the bloodlines of snake-like creatures."

The reason why Parselmouth is rarely seen in Britain is simply because there are no powerful snakes or other Magical Animals in the Britain. In places like India, where snakes are more abundant, Parselmouth is not actually that rare.

"So, Harry being a Parselmouth doesn't prove he's the ' Heir of Slytherin,' and besides, he was just stopping the snake from attacking someone."

Bell wasn't speaking up for Harry; he was simply analyzing the issue objectively and calmly.

He also didn't want his girlfriend to be terrified every time she met Harry.

"How did you know Harry was stopping the snake, not ordering it to attack? Can you understand Parseltongue?"

Hermione discovered the blind spot.

"Of course I don't understand Parseltongue, but I can Legilimency. I can roughly know what they're thinking."

In order to master the "Undying Flame," Bell put in a lot of effort, specifically training his Occlumency and Legilimency.

Although he still cannot instantly Undying Flame, the significant improvement in his Legilimency skill has enabled him to easily read the superficial emotions emanating from the surrounding creatures without having to do anything special.

The current situation is clearly no longer suitable for continuing dueling training.

And so, the first and last Duelling Club event in Hogwarts' history came to an end.

What happened tonight will surely become the talk of the town among all the Little Wizard, and it will also keep the 'out-of-touch' Lockhart in line for a while.

To be honest, Bell really hopes Lockhart can behave himself.

Although he didn't like Lockhart, he had to admit that Lockhart's books were quite interesting.

Most importantly, her mother is a huge fan of Lockhart's work. So, if Lockhart were to fade into obscurity, her mother would be heartbroken.

Indeed, Lockhart has been living a carefree life for so many years without getting into any trouble.

But the situation is different now!

Keep in mind that Lockhart is currently located in Hogwarts, the most "safe" place in the entire British Wizarding World. For him to act recklessly here is, in Bell's eyes, nothing short of dancing on a tightrope.

After that night's farce, known as the "Duelling Club," Hogwarts finally returned to its long-awaited peace.

Of course, this so-called peace was only for Bell. The other Little Wizard, especially a certain unnamed little the Chosen One, were probably having a very difficult time.

This year, Bell chose to go home for the Christmas Holiday as usual.

Although Hermione had repeatedly expressed her desire to stay at Hogwarts with Bell for Christmas, Bell, not wanting to upset his younger sister, resolutely chose to refuse Hermione's request.

Because of this, Hermione threw a tantrum at Bell for several days, the kind that couldn't be appeased.

He hadn't been able to stay home for more than a few days during the summer vacation, and now that the Christmas Holiday were finally here, Bell had another chance to go home. How could he possibly stay at Hogwarts?

Moreover, not long ago, when I was chatting with my father, we also talked about this Christmas Holiday.

For the first time, Bell's father, William, strongly urged Bell to come home for Christmas.

You know, even during summer vacation, William would have preferred Bell not to come back.

William was forced into this huge change in attitude.

He really couldn't take it anymore!

According to her father, ever since her mother, Elena, was forced to punish Bell to suppress Shanna because she couldn't do anything about Shanna, the "war" between the mother and daughter, which started at Platform 9 3/4, has shown signs of further escalation.

What Bell didn't know was that although Shanna didn't choose to confront her mother directly because she was afraid of implicating her Gege.

However, this situation also completely stimulated the little girl's clever little mind.

I wonder if Shanna has studied the Sherlock Holmes in depth?

In short, unable to swallow her anger, the young girl, after a flawless plan and a series of thrilling battles of wits, finally ignited Shanna rage for revenge... and burned her mother Elena's favorite evening gown.
