Date (Part 1)
Morning.
Today is the day to head to Hogsmeade.
Hermione hummed a song as she skipped and hopped across the grass.
She's in an incredibly good mood right now!
On one hand, today is her first date with Bell.
On the other hand, yesterday, through her earnest and persuasive efforts, she finally succeeded in stopping Shanna's attempt to act as a third wheel.
"Bell, hurry up!"
Hermione urged her boyfriend, who was walking slowly behind her, to hurry up.
Although Bell couldn't understand his girlfriend's unusual excitement, he respected it. He quickened his pace to walk alongside Hermione.
The two soon arrived at Hogsmeade.
Because the two were moving quite fast, most of the Little Wizard were still behind them. Therefore, the streets of Hogsmeade were rather deserted.
However, all the shops made thorough preparations to welcome the students of Hogwarts.
Bats, magically Transfiguration, fluttered merrily above the village. Colorful orbs of magical light hung from the trees lining the streets. Occasionally, a few chubby Magic Puppet would walk by, holding up GG signs.
In short, every blade of grass and every tree here tells visitors that this is a world of magic!
Since neither of them knew much about Hogsmeade (Bell had actually talked to his sister about it last night, but he dared not tell Hermione), they decided to leisurely stroll through the entire village from beginning to end.
They had a whole day to explore. Compared to the relatively small Hogsmeade, a day was more than enough.
Their first stop was the Shrieking Shack.
As the scariest and only haunted place in all of Britain, even Hermione is already very familiar with it.
Looking at the gloomy, dilapidated house before her, Hermione felt a chill run down her spine. She grabbed Bell's arm and whispered nervously:
"Bell, what do you think is inside?"
"I don't know. Would you like to go in and take a look?"
Bell isn't afraid of haunted houses at all.
Since mastering magic, he's no longer afraid of encountering ghosts!
Come on! Let's face it head-on!
Cough cough.
And who is he? He's a Hogwarts student! Is there any place around here with more ghosts Hogwarts?
"But didn't you say the Shrieking Shack is inaccessible?"
Hermione had heard that many people wanted to enter the Shrieking Shack to find out what it was all about. But in the end, no one had been able to get in.
That is why the Shrieking Shack is the scariest haunted house in all of Britain.
How will you know if you don't try?
The Wand slipped from Bell's sleeve.
It's just a Defense Barrier that no one controls; he doesn't believe he can't break it.
However, before Bell could make a move, His right hand was tightly grabbed by Hermione.
"Forget it, Bell. I don't really want to go in."
Hermione didn't have high expectations for their first date. It didn't need to be anything grand or dramatic; a simple and warm date would be enough.
After leaving the Shrieking Shack, their next stop was the Three Broomsticks Pub. They'd heard the drinks there were pretty good? But since it was still early, the two skipped it.
Afterwards, the two went to Honeydukes Sweetshop.
Many Little Wizard head straight here as soon as they arrive in Hogsmeade. Therefore, when Bell and Hermione, who had lingered at the Shrieking Shack for a while, arrived, the shop was already quite crowded.
"Bell, what kind of candy do you like?"
Looking at the dazzling array of candies in front of her, Hermione couldn't help but drool.
Of course, she has automatically ignored bizarre candies such as Cockroach Clusters.
"You know, I don't like eating anything too sweet. So I rarely eat candy."
Bell shrugged and said.
He prefers barbecue skewers to candy.
Just thinking about barbecue skewers makes Bell ' mouth water.
Thinking it and doing it—that's Bell's Wizarding Path!
He pulled a kebab of roasted lamb from his pocket, stood among a group of Little Wizard who were enjoying candy, and began to eat it as if no one else was around.
In a candy store filled with the sweet aroma of milk, a strong smell of meat suddenly wafted in, and it couldn't be more obvious.
The surrounding Little Wizard all looked at Bell in surprise. Why was this guy eating kebabs in a candy store? Was he here to cause trouble?
But seriously, those skewers smelled amazing!
The Little Wizard swallowed hard, and suddenly the candy in their mouths didn't taste sweet anymore.
"Put it away quickly!"
Hermione was furious at her boyfriend's lack of romantic understanding.
"By the way, why do you carry around kebabs with you all the time?"
And didn't we just finish breakfast?! How come we're eating again already?!
"What if I get hungry if I don't carry it with me?"
Bell gave him a look that said, "What nonsense are you talking about?"
If he remembered correctly, he must have taken food out of his pocket in front of Hermione on many occasions. For example, during Quidditch Match Quidditch Match.
So now, what's so surprising about this?
"Would you like some? This is XJ Lamb Skewer that Lim specially prepared for me yesterday. It's super delicious."
When Lim learned that his Young Master would be having lunch in Hogsmeade, he was extremely worried.
She's been to Hogsmeade! There are only two pubs where you can eat.
Let's not even mention Hog's Head Pub; that filthy, disgusting bar was no place for a human to stay.
The mere thought of his Young Master possibly going there sent chills down Lim's spine, let alone the thought of eating there!
The remaining Three Broomsticks Pub, while relatively clean and tidy, offered only so-so food. They couldn't exactly let their Young Master drink his fill of beverages, could they?
So, to ensure his Young Master had a pleasant holiday, Lim put in 200% effort (he usually puts in 150%)! He prepared all sorts of delicious food!
Seeing that Bell was still about to take out some grilled lamb skewers, Hermione quickly rushed over and grabbed Bell's hand.
If Bell were to pay any more, it would really look like he's there to smash up the store. Didn't you see the shop owner's expression? It already looks a bit off.
Finally, after buying a whole bunch of all kinds of candies, some delicious and some novel, the two left the candy store.
Considering that the two of them spent the equivalent of a dozen or so ordinary Little Wizard' expenses, Madam Flume didn't mind Bell's previous rudeness.
"Bell, there's no need to buy so much."
Holding a huge pile of candy, Hermione felt both heartache and joy.
She only intended to buy a little of each type to try, but Bell suddenly increased the quantity of each candy tenfold.
"Not much. Go back and give some to Shanna, send some back to your parents, send some to my parents, and finally share some with your roommates and friends."
"But even so, it's still too much."
These candies alone cost nearly 20 Galleon. Hermione doesn't even get that much pocket money in a year.
"Just save the rest and eat it slowly. Eat as much as you like. As long as you keep using the Magic Power Enhancement method I taught you before, you don't have to worry about gaining weight."
