While Bell and his sister devour the feast, our little the Chosen One Harry is about to embark on another epic adventure.

After a sumptuous Christmas dinner, Harry, Ron, and Neville returned to the Gryffindor Common Room.

Not many Little Wizard chose to stay at Hogwarts for Christmas, and soon only Harry, and their two friends remained in the common room.

Ron and Neville were playing Wizard's Chess, while Harry gazed at the night outside the window, feeling somewhat lost.

He was grateful that Ron and Neville were willing to stay and spend Christmas with him.

However, although it's not nice to say that, he still prefers to spend Christmas with his parents and the whole family in a happy and warm atmosphere.

Shaking his head, Harry decided to find something to do to distract himself.

After thinking for a moment, Harry ran back to his dormitory and retrieved the Marauder's Map that George and Fred had given him.

"Hey! Harry. What are you going to do with that?"

Ron looked curiously at the parchment in Harry's hand.

As Harry's best friend, he certainly knew what it was.

He was quite upset about this for a long time. After all, George and Fred were his own Gege. In the end, they didn't give him such a fun toy, but instead chose to give it to Harry.

But then I thought about it, and since he and Harry were such good friends, weren't Harry's things also his things? It didn't matter.

Neville also noticed the Marauder's Map in Harry's hand.

He became a little nervous.

His herbivore instincts told him that nothing good was about to happen.

"Nothing much, just a bit bored."

Harry casually unfolded the parchment in his hand.

He pressed the Wand against it.

"I solemnly swear that I have not done anything good!"

After the incantation, black lines appeared on the Marauder's Map.

This is a map of the entire Hogwarts.

If you look closely, you can see a few Xiao Hei scattered among the black lines. These are people who have stayed at Hogwarts.

Since most people have left Hogwarts, the once densely packed Xiao Hei have now been reduced to just a few scattered ones.

Harry carefully examined the names above the Xiao Hei. He wondered who else, besides himself and his two companions, would be forced to remain at Hogwarts on such an important Christmas occasion.

This is the method Harry came up with to kill time and distract himself.

"Hey guys! Come look, see what I found!"

Harry suddenly exclaimed in surprise.

Ron and Neville immediately stopped what they were doing. Although Harry's smile made them a little uneasy, they quickly came to Harry's side.

"What did you discover?"

Ron asked curiously.

He rarely saw Harry so excited. If he remembered correctly, the last time was when Harry was chosen Seeker.

"Here! Look, this person's name!"

Upon hearing this, Ron and Neville looked at the black dot on Harry's fingertip. The name above that dot made them both hold their breath immediately.

"Sirius Black!?"

Ron exclaimed in disbelief.

He only knew one person with that name. That was the recently infamous Azkaban escapee who attempted to break into Hogwarts and kill Harry.

"Could it be... a case of someone having the same name?"

Neville stammered, saying things he didn't even believe himself.

Upon seeing that name, his first instinct was to run away.

The thought that a cruel and bloodthirsty demon was lurking not far from them was terrifying!

"No! No one could be on the edge of the Forbidden Forest at this time! So it must be Sirius Black! That bastard who killed my parents and now tries to kill me!"

Harry said through gritted teeth.

"We must report this to the professor immediately! Black might escape if we're too late!"

With that, Ron prepared to run out of the lounge.

"No!"

Harry grabbed Ron's arm.

"We'll go ourselves!"

"What!? Are you crazy!?"

Ron looked at Harry in disbelief.

At this moment, Harry felt so unfamiliar to him.

"Yes, yes, Harry. Black is a grown wizard, and a ruthless murderer at that. We... we are no match for him."

Neville was also trying his best to persuade Harry.

He'd rather spend a day in the same room as Snape than go see that Black.

"We have Invisibility Cloak, so we can approach Black undetected and launch a surprise Black! Most importantly, we also have this!"

As he spoke, Harry pulled a necklace from his collar.

"This is Defensive Trinket I bought not long ago. Malfoy's previous Defensive Trinket held off Buckbeak's attacks for so long without being broken."

Once we find Black, you all stand behind me and attack him. We'll definitely win!

"But Black might also have..."

"Impossible!"

Harry interrupted Ron.

"Don't forget, he's a Wanted Criminal; he can't possibly go to a store to buy anything."

It seems that although Harry was angry, he hadn't completely lost his temper. At least he made what he considered to be thorough preparations.

"But I still think we should tell the professor. What if we fail to catch Black and he gets away again? That way, Black will definitely be more careful in the future."

No matter how much Harry tries to persuade him, Neville won't change his mind.

He really didn't want to go see Black!

"Black killed my parents!"

Harry roared and glared at Neville.

"I must personally punish him!"

Seeing Neville take two steps back in fright, Harry took a deep breath.

He realized he was losing control of his emotions. His anger should be directed at that damned Black, not at his concerned friends.

"Please, Ron, Neville. This is my lifelong request: don't tell the Professor, at least not now. You can stay here and look at the Marauder's Map. If I fail, go find the Professor immediately."

After saying that, Harry turned and walked towards his dormitory.

He was going to retrieve the Invisibility Cloak his father had left him.

Using his father's belongings to avenge his parents—there's nothing more fitting.

Watching Harry's resolute back as if he were never going back, Ron and Neville exchanged a glance and followed him without prior arrangement.

"Don't stop me!"

Looking at his two friends catching up, Harry said firmly.

"Of course. But we can't let you go alone."

Ron shrugged, trying to make his tone sound as light as possible.

"Don't forget, buddy, we're a team. Together we defeated the Troll, together we protected the Philosopher's Stone, and together we drove away the Acromantula. As long as the three of us work together, Black alone is no match for us."
