Ginny's Despair
Ginny Weasley stood nervously in the Gryffindor Common Room, her eyes fixed on the entrance to the boys' dormitory.
God knows how devastated Ginny was when she learned that her biggest rival was actually her own Gege!
That guy Ron, he said before that Harry was interested in Cho Chang from Ravenclaw, and she actually believed it.
I never imagined it was all a smokescreen!
What made Ginny feel most desperate was that after thinking it over and over again and rigorously evaluating her own and Ron's strengths and weaknesses from all aspects, she realized to her horror that she had absolutely no chance of winning!
Having spent over 10 years with Ron, this was the first time Ginny had ever realized that her youngest Gege was actually so incredibly powerful!
This is truly unbelievable!
However, as a Gryffindor, the youngest daughter of the Weasley family, and a fangirl who has admired and secretly loved Harry for years, she wouldn't just give up so easily!
After much hesitation and struggle, Ginny finally rallied her spirits, regrouped, and decided to launch a direct attack on Harry.
She wants to correct Harry's flawed views on choosing a partner!
Just as Ginny was encouraging herself, Harry, having been informed by Neville, finally entered the common room.
"Ginny? What do you need me for?"
Harry looked at Ron's sister with curiosity.
Although he knew the other person, they didn't communicate much.
For some reason, Ron's sister would always hide away as soon as she saw him, as if she was very averse to him.
This initially made Harry quite disappointed.
He still really wanted to maintain good relationships with his good friends' families... except for Percy.
Therefore, when Harry suddenly learned that Ginny was looking for him, he had a strange, uneasy feeling.
"Ha, Harry! You... you did something wrong!"
When Ginny saw the face she had been dreaming of appear before her, she was incredibly nervous.
If it were any other time, she probably would have run away again.
But not today!
Today, she carries a sacred mission!
"Huh!? What do you mean?"
Although he asked that question, Harry already knew what the other person wanted to say.
This made him feel very irritated.
"It's about you dating Ron! You can't date Ron! You're both boys, how can you date! You should date... date girls!"
In fact, what Ginny really meant was that Harry should date her.
However, she simply couldn't bring herself to say such explicit things.
That's practically like confessing your love to Harry!
Harry couldn't help but roll his eyes.
Just as he expected, Ginny came to talk to him about this matter.
In the past few days, he has heard far too many rumors about him and Ron from other people.
If it were anyone else discussing this issue with him, Harry would definitely turn around and leave without saying a word.
But standing in front of him now was, after all, Ron's own sister.
Considering the potential misunderstandings Ron's family might have after seeing the report about Rita Skeeter, Harry felt it was necessary to clarify things with Ginny.
"Ginny, I'm not dating Ron. You should know that we're good friends, and just good friends. There's only pure friendship between us, absolutely nothing like what Rita Skeeter wrote, that there's anything more than friendship between us."
Suppressing his frustration, Harry patiently explained.
"Then why are you sleeping in the same bed?!"
Ginny looked at Harry with disappointment.
She didn't expect that even at this point, the other party would still be trying to cover it up.
His relationship with Ron is now common knowledge throughout the British Wizarding World, and it might even be rumored in Europe.
Now that things have come to this, is there any need to cover it up anymore?
"We didn't sleep in the same bed!"
... Okay, I did sleep with him a few times.
But that was just because we got tired of playing together and accidentally fell asleep.
Besides, when I went to your house before, didn't I stay in Ron's room?
Ron's room only had one bed, and back then you didn't make me sleep on the floor!
So don't believe Malfoy's nonsense; he's just making things up!
At this point, Harry couldn't help but grind his teeth.
And what about this Mr. Malfoy who doesn't want to reveal his name? Is there another Malfoy in Hogwarts besides Draco Malfoy?
If Snape hadn't stopped him that morning, Harry would have already gone to fight Malfoy in a wizarding duel.
Only one of them can survive!
"That's because at that time, none of us knew you and Ron had this kind of relationship!"
Ginny was becoming increasingly disappointed.
It's all written clearly in the Daily Prophet. Everyone at Hogwarts is saying the same thing.
Harry actually denied it!
Is it really that hard to admit your mistakes?
Do you really think she's too young to understand anything?
She had sensed something was off between Harry and Ron a long time ago!
That report merely confirmed her suspicions!
"We're really not in that kind of relationship! How many times do I have to tell you before you understand!"
Increasingly agitated, Harry began to lose control of his rising anger. He roared at Ginny, his eyes filled with rage.
"He yelled at me! Harry actually yelled at me!"
Ginny stared at Harry in disbelief, heartbroken.
You should know that, from childhood to adulthood, even her mother Molly had never yelled at her.
And now, she's clearly doing it for Harry's own good, wanting to guide Harry back to the right path.
But to everyone's surprise, Harry not only refused to acknowledge his relationship with Ron, but he also yelled at her!
Tears instantly filled Ginny's eyes. She had never felt so wronged in her entire life.
She wants...
"Hey! Miss! Don't cry. If you don't like this guy, how about I take him out for you?"
Just as Ginny was about to burst into tears, a small hand suddenly landed on her shoulder.
Turning around, Ginny looked at the junior student behind her who was much taller than her.
She knew the other person; in fact, almost everyone in the entire Hogwarts knew the other person.
Sanna Menethil, a second-year student at Slytherin House, Potions genius praised even by Snape, and the sister of the Great Demon King Bell, who enjoys eating people.
Ginny and Shanna had never crossed paths or communicated before, so Ginny was very puzzled when Shanna suddenly struck up a conversation with her in such an overly familiar manner.
So should she run away now? Or should she run away?
After all, the rumors about the other party aren't very good.
