"Combat Practice? Why did you choose Combat Practice?"

Hermione's eyes flickered slightly.

She had been planning to ask Bell to take the class with her. But her inviting him and Bell volunteering himself were two entirely different things.

"Yomi was the one who insisted that I help her."

Bell curled his lip.

His time was precious, and this school year was already packed full.

But the problem was that this was Yomi's first time being a professor, and more importantly, she barely knew any Curses at all!

Feeling guilty about it, Yomi had strongly demanded that Bell take Combat Practice as an elective. That way, if she ran into any problems she could not handle herself, she could toss them to Bell.

"Hmph~!"

After staring at Bell for a while, Hermione ultimately said nothing. She merely lowered her head and studied Bell's timetable.

Because she had gone abroad to study last school year, she had missed the O.W.T.s. Therefore, this year, she had to prepare for both the O.W.T.s and N.E.W.T.s at once.

Just thinking about it made Hermione irritated.

Bell had tried to persuade her that her own spellcasting ability was what truly mattered, and that she did not need to place so much importance on those two exams.

But as an academic genius, with two glaring exams laid out before her, how could she possibly resist the temptation?

And since she was taking them, she naturally had to earn an "O." As such, her schedule this year would be extremely tight. Not only could she not fall behind in her sixth-year courses, but if she had time, she even planned to sit in on fifth-year classes to make sure she missed no important material.
