Yasaka no Magatama!

Akainu clenched his fists, his expression grim.

Ye Yang's words were practically saying that he could end their battle whenever he wanted. He did not take Akainu seriously at all.

As a Marine Admiral, he had never been treated with such blatant contempt.

Not even the Four Emperors dared look down on him like this!

"Criminal, I'll show you the price of looking down on me!"

"Looking down on you? Sorry, I've never paid you any attention in the first place. How does that count as looking down on you?"

Ye Yang shook his head with a smile and controlled Susanoo, bringing its blade straight down!

Susanoo stood hundreds of meters tall. With that advantage in size, he needed no techniques. Just one simple, brutal downward slash instantly shattered the ground within a hundred-meter radius, reducing it to rubble!

But when the blade came down, he did not feel it strike anyone.

It was not that Akainu had turned fluid; he had dodged the blow.

Ye Yang raised his gaze from the ground and looked at Akainu, who was using Geppo to step through the air a short distance away, charging toward him. The corners of his mouth curled slightly.

"So that's it. You want to get past Susanoo and fight me at close quarters?"

He did not make Susanoo attack, either, but waited with interest for Akainu to approach.

"Arrogant!" Seeing that Ye Yang seemingly could not even be bothered to attack him, Akainu nearly ground his teeth to pieces. His anger toward Ye Yang rose once again.

Using Geppo and Shave, Akainu reached Ye Yang in just a few seconds. With Susanoo's body between them, he turned both fists into magma and hurled them at Ye Yang.

"Criminal, die... Hell Hound!"

Rumble!

The magma fist struck Susanoo and immediately exploded, scattering tiny droplets of magma and spreading acrid black smoke.

After that blow, Akainu did not stop. His magma fists continued hammering out one after another!

"Great Eruption... Canine Red Lotus... Magma Finger Pistol..."

Boom! Boom! Boom!

A chain of explosions rang out without pause.

Like a rabid dog, Akainu unleashed one powerful technique after another, bombarding Susanoo!

The bombardment lasted several full minutes before Akainu slowly stopped. Pushing off the ground with both feet, he swiftly retreated some distance. Slightly out of breath, he stared intently at the spot where Ye Yang stood, obscured by black smoke.

No sound came from the smoke-shrouded area for a long time, and Akainu could not help sneering.

"What an arrogant fool. You actually didn't defend against my attacks. Even Kaido of the Beasts would have a chunk of flesh torn off facing attacks like mine, let alone..."

Before he could finish, a sudden gust swept up before him, blowing away all the surrounding black smoke and revealing Susanoo's massive form.

"Let alone what?" Ye Yang looked at the shocked Akainu and mocked him. "I told you, don't embarrass yourself by bringing out these childish attacks."

"How is that possible?!" Akainu stared at Ye Yang in disbelief. The layer of Susanoo in front of Ye Yang had only cracked slightly under his frenzied assault. The crack was merely a few dozen centimeters long!

"Monster!" Akainu said heavily through gritted teeth.

"You're done attacking, so it's my turn now." Ye Yang grinned. "Let me teach you what a real attack looks like."

As his words fell, Susanoo suddenly spread both hands, radiating blue light.

Then objects shaped like magatama, their surfaces burning with blue flames, formed between Susanoo's hands.

There were five magatama in all, connected by a thread formed from blue chakra. They kept bounding between Susanoo's hands, as though struggling to break free.

Akainu's pupils abruptly contracted as he stared at the five blue magatama.

From those five magatama, he sensed an intense aura of death.

If those five magatama struck him head-on, he... might die outright!

Yasaka no Magatama!

With Ye Yang's cold inward shout, Susanoo hurled all five magatama.

The five magatama tore through the air like a furiously spinning top, shooting straight toward Akainu!

As Akainu watched the five magatama hurtling toward him, his sense of danger surged. He was just about to dodge when his body seemed to become fixed in place, completely unable to move!

"Damn it, what's going on?!"

Akainu struggled incessantly, but it was utterly futile. It felt as though an invisible figure behind him was holding his body firmly in place.

His gaze shifted past the five blue magatama to Ye Yang inside Susanoo. When he saw that Ye Yang's eyes had turned blue and rippled, he immediately understood everything.

"It's those eyes!"

Rumble!

Yasaka no Magatama struck Akainu, triggering a violent explosion.

The terrifying shock waves swept across the entire Sabaody Archipelago. As though a Category 8 typhoon had struck, the ground across the whole island shook continuously!

Feeling this seemingly world-ending power, the civilians on the island turned pale with terror.

"Wh-what's happening? Is that criminal trying to destroy the entire Sabaody Archipelago?!"

"Didn't the Marines send an Admiral? Why haven't they arrested that criminal yet?!"

"N-no, I have to get out to sea! I'll die if I stay here! I'll be safe at sea!"

The shock waves gradually subsided. A figure plummeted from midair, crashing into the ground and leaving a shallow crater.

Ye Yang looked at Akainu, who had fallen to the ground, and curled his lips. "Oh? You actually survived. You're quite lucky."
