Time passed quickly.
Zongyan stood quietly in front of the courtyard, his gaze resting on the clearing.
The boys and girls stood in formation, their clothing uniform and neat. He nodded silently.
Everyone wore fitted black outfits with a scarlet One-Tomoe Sharingan emblem embroidered on the chest and a forehead protector engraved with the Uchiha clan crest. They stood silently in rows in the clearing.
"Muzan!"
Zongyan called softly toward the shadows in a corner of the courtyard.
A figure wrapped in a loose black robe emerged from the pitch-black shadows.
Muzan, the Demon King, came to Zongyan's side and asked,
"Young Master Zongyan, what are your orders?"
Zongyan swept his gaze over the founding members of the Blood-Eyed Squad lined up below and spoke calmly.
"Have Nakime open Infinity Castle."
A smile formed on Muzan's handsome face beneath his black robe, and he immediately agreed.
"As you command!"
Ripples spread through the air like waves. The space nearby began to twist and fold, and a passage leading to Infinity Castle slowly opened.
The youths standing in formation below all felt a jolt.
They had heard their clan elders mention that during the great battle in the village, the Uchiha had summoned a spatial passage from which countless man-eating demons had poured out.
Some of those demons had been extremely powerful, no weaker than Elite Jonin.
Thus, at the sight of Uchiha Zongyan summoning that spatial passage, they began to have an ominous suspicion about their own situation.
Zongyan raised his hand and pointed toward the open Infinity Castle, looking at the endlessly intersecting wooden corridors within.
"From now on, Infinity Castle will be the Blood Eye Corps' training grounds. Here, you will undergo training far crueler than anything in Konoha."
With that, Zongyan stepped into the spatial passage.
