When Liu Erlong woke Lu Qian the next morning, he initially worried that she would discover Xiao Wu in his bed, but he soon realized that Xiao Wu had already left at some point.
Yet just as Lu Qian finished washing up and prepared to set off for the Star Dou Great Forest with everyone, Xiao Wu appeared before him again as if by magic.
"Xiao Wu!"
Tang San was the first to rush over.
Xiao Wu's first glance, however, went to Lu Qian. Only then did she turn her gaze toward Tang San, who was running toward her.
Tang San had intended to dash over and give Xiao Wu a great big hug. After all, this was a reunion after a separation that could have ended in death.
But for some reason, Xiao Wu stumbled and fell straight into Tang San's arms.
Her condition frightened Tang San.
"Xiao Wu! What's wrong? Are you all right? Don't scare me!"
Tang San asked, his face full of anxiety.
Xiao Wu, however, secretly rolled her eyes at Lu Qian.
Her pale complexion and utter weakness were all thanks to Lu Qian!
Last night, Xiao Wu had no idea what madness had possessed Lu Qian. He had tormented her the entire night.
Lu Qian had no problem with that, of course. He could sleep a little longer, but Xiao Wu could not. She had to pretend she had only just returned from outside.
But what could Xiao Wu do?
She had agreed to Lu Qian's terms herself, so naturally she had to keep her promise. In fact, she had left less than an hour ago.
Lu Qian had finally let Xiao Wu off and wrapped his arms around her, intending to get a good sleep, but how could she have time to sleep?
