• General Li captured Xilai, severed his remaining arm, suppressed his immortal qi, and took him aboard a warship.
• Cao Yuan protected survivors at Forward Base Two, fought Redpine True Person, and vanished after General Chisong shattered his Iron Blade.
• Jing Jiu destroyed Redpine True Person aboard a black warship and returned to the Blazing Sun, where he reunited with Zhong Lizi.
• Jing Jiu arrived on the Capital Planet and learned from Ran Donglou that the Priest Faction suspected he was the new god foretold before God left.
• Jing Jiu went to the Military Command Building, saw Shen Yunmai threaten Ran Handong, and fought him through the building until Shen promised to leave Jing Jiu’s people alone for sixty days.
• Jing Jiu met Fei in an ancient city and refused her demand to bring her someone’s head, saying he did not need her recognition.

Jing Jiu met General Li, joined the military expedition to the Dark Matter Sea, and learned that humanity’s secret plan required igniting stars to destroy it. After studying the threat and accepting a miniature reactor, he left the planet with Shen Yunmai to test his new flight ability.

• Jing Jiu investigated suspected Ascension Ones, met Li Chunyang, and learned that the Ascension Ones wanted control of the Galaxy Alliance and the Priestess.
• Jing Jiu accepted General Li’s terms, told Zhong Lizi he had found his companions, and left the Manor with Flower Creek to join the military expedition.
• Jing Jiu and Flower Creek reached planet 857, where Jing Jiu entered the contaminated city and recognized its monsters as resembling the Yaoshou of the Chaotian Continent.
• Jing Jiu studied the Dark Matter Sea with the research institute’s experts, recognized Professor Long as True Person Tan, and later met the injured Zeng Ju.
• Zeng Ju revealed that the ancient civilization had destroyed its own starfield to eliminate the Dark Matter Sea, and Shen Yunmai explained that the Alliance planned to relocate humanity before igniting stars.
• Jing Jiu considered the starfield as a Go position, then realized the Sea-Seal Nebula was a wound left by the Ancient Civilization and that its structure connected to Chaotian Continent.

Jing Jiu and Shen Yunmai confronted dimensional fissures, the Dark Matter Sea, and a conspiracy tied to the Ran Household and the Pastoral Faction. After investigating Xilai’s past and entering his mental world, Jing Jiu was ambushed by General Li’s forces, leaving the Blazing Sun crippled and a larger fleet exposed.

• Jing Jiu joined Shen Yunmai at Yellow Jade III, where Shen Yunmai sealed a dimensional fissure while Jing Jiu fought off the monsters escaping through it.
• As the Dark Matter Sea swallowed the Long Ruler Star System, Jing Jiu studied its tainted spores, then found Shen Yunmai badly injured after a fissure attack on the Vacation Planet and helped save his head.
• Jing Jiu learned that the Night Queen had opened the fissure to destroy humanity in revenge for her home planet, while Shen Yunmai recovered aboard a black warship and discovered his father’s staff had trapped him.
• Jing Jiu questioned Zeng Ju about the Founding Patriarch and agreed to help the Galaxy Alliance, while Shen Yunmai sent him a paper crane and rejected his father’s attempts to contact him.
• Jing Jiu built a model of the galaxy to investigate the Star Ignition Plan, reviewed Xilai’s torture, and arranged to meet the Ascension Ones near Beyond the Mist.
• Jing Jiu entered Xilai’s mental world and found a strand of General Li’s divine soul disguised as True Person Chunyang, but Xilai stabbed Jing Jiu and insisted humanity needed to live.

Jing Jiu resisted humanity’s plan to turn him into a weapon, escaped with Flower Creek, and survived under Snow Ji’s care. Zhao Layue reached the Galaxy Alliance, learned Jing Jiu was alive, and began preparing to find him, while Jing Jiu settled into a quiet life and chose to learn piano.

• Jing Jiu refused to sacrifice himself for humanity, took control of the Galaxy Alliance fleet through Flower Creek’s authorization ring, and fought the Green Mountain Patriarch’s attempt to overwrite his mind.
• Jing Jiu learned that the Green Mountain Patriarch had arranged his experiences and sought to preserve him as humanity’s weapon, while True Person Tan rang the Jingyun Bell and stirred the Sun to attack.
• Flower Creek bound Jing Jiu with the new Heaven-Bearing Sword as the fleet gathered, but Xilai awakened, fought General Li, and died after detonating the Nuclear Reactor in his body.
• Jing Jiu used a Nuclear Reactor and a nearly invisible sword-thread to kill General Li, then escaped the nuclear fire with Flower Creek and found Snow Ji and Cold Cicada.
