From Chris, Han Shuo learned that the Violet Thorn Knights had indeed reached the underground world, and Selt had even attacked the Lizardmen. The Lizardmen's fighting strength was naturally no match for the Violet Thorn Knights' assault, but a strange, enormous creature inhabited the magic crystal mine they guarded.
The soldiers of the Violet Thorn Knights had followed Selt into the magic crystal mine guarded by the Lizardmen and seemed to have fought a brutal battle inside. The mine inhabited by that strange creature had suddenly become terrifying, and even the Violet Thorn Knights, one of the continent's ten Grand Knight Orders, had gained nothing.
After returning empty-handed two or three times, the Violet Thorn Knights had temporarily ceased their activities and hidden in some corner of the underground world. Even Dark Curtain's people did not currently know their whereabouts and were simply focusing their attention on the area where the Lizardmen lived, watching every movement there.
"Brian, how did you come to the underground world? Are you joining this mission too?" After explaining some of the current situation to Han Shuo, Chris eagerly questioned him again.
Han Shuo smiled and shook his head, explaining, "I happened to be passing through the Dark Forest. I even fought a major battle with Selt of the Violet Thorn Knights a while ago. I came here for the Violet Thorn Knights Commander, Selt."
Selt, whose Green Dragon had been killed, must have hated Han Shuo to the bone. What was more, Han Shuo had actually sliced off one of his ears. There was absolutely no chance he would leave such a grudge unavenged. To Han Shuo, Selt, who commanded the Violet Thorn Knights, was an enormous threat. Not only was he exceptionally powerful himself, but he was also an important figure in his
