Beside Cecilia were twelve Dark Curtain subordinates directly under her command. She took these twelve members wherever she went. Among them were mages, swordsmen, knights, a thief, and archers, making them a complete team.
Cecilia had carefully selected all twelve of her subordinates from the Dark Curtain. Each was quite capable, and their years of working together often allowed them to bring out the team's full strength at critical moments. With the exceptionally powerful Han Shuo added to their ranks, this was an impressive lineup by any measure.
"My lady, why haven't we seen any sign of people along the way?" Ticalu the thief asked cautiously, watching their surroundings with vigilance.
