It was an extraordinarily peculiar region. Huge, hideous plants unleashed their ferocity without restraint. Along the way, towering, bizarre trees transformed into frenzied attackers, recklessly obstructing and attacking Han Shuo's party. Mud and swamps covered the ground, multicolored miasma lingered everywhere, and enormous Abyss Creatures of strange shapes prowled about.
Manticore seemed extremely familiar with this area. He led Han Shuo and the others darting through it, only stopping at a distance when they reached a vast, magnificent region where glazed starry sand dust obscured the sky.
Han Shuo surveyed his surroundings and discovered that once Manticore deployed his Divine Domain, no creature or plant nearby dared approach so blindly. Dense dark element converged on Manticore from every direction. In an extremely short time, the dark element within his Divine Domain grew ten times denser. All other elements of the world vanished from the domain's range, and even the four great laws seemed distorted.
The fifteen Black Demon Guards who had accompanied Manticore immediately felt uncomfortable all over, deprived of the elemental power they relied upon. Having yet to truly become gods, they felt a wave of helpless dejection and unease.
Fortunately, Manticore did not maintain his Divine Domain for long. Shortly after he deployed it, Han Shuo sensed lightning element suddenly condensing rapidly in another area not far away. A long cry resounded through the sky, and a group swiftly approached Manticore.
As soon as the long cry rang out, Manticore withdrew his Divine Domain and said gently to Han Shuo, "Leviathan is coming."
