Stage / Realm / Level Chapter Notes
Ordinary Little Skeleton 7 8 Initially a tiny, white skeleton with very little intelligence, capable chiefly of following his summoner’s instructions.
Black, seven-spiked refined skeleton 9 Han Shuo’s Demonic Treasure Refining method produces black bones, seven spinal spikes, extraordinary speed, and resistance to normally devastating light magic.
Continued Yin Demon Essence-Congealing Array refinement 23 Repeated infusions of demonic essence improve his strength and agility; his Bone Blade becomes sharper than ordinary weapons.
Primordial Demon Cave transformation 75 Develops a faint dark-red tinge within his black bones. Attempts to fly using his spikes, but cannot yet sustain flight.
Purple Demon Eye acquired 102 Inserts the eye taken from Daddala’s statue into his own socket. Its power initially attacks both him and Han Shuo, requiring an eyepatch to suppress it.
Blood Pool absorption; flight achieved 158 Absorbs the pool’s blood and bones into his seven spikes, turning them blood-red and enabling controlled flight.
Bloodwater Demon absorption; jade-white transformation 195 Drains two Bloodwater Demons, heals his existing fractures, and gains translucent, jade-white bones and renewed confidence.
Strength above a Mummy Lord 350 Defeats a Mummy Lord with one thrust while commanding an organized undead army.
Tumojia’s power absorbed 435 Devours Tumojia’s bodily and soul power, becoming the strongest undead in the Eastern Dead Sea.
Elemental Soul and Elemental Body; Base God foundation 507 508 509 533 534 Fuses with the death-element Origin Crystal and draws in surrounding death energy to remake his body. Initially assessed as at least demigod-strength; subsequently identified as a Base God.
Lower God 595 596 Explicitly identified as a lower god. Can summon vast undead forces directly onto the battlefield while continuing to fight.
Upper God 825 Reaches this rank after decades of devouring enemies who cultivate the same power. Also refines his body anew and forges demonic artifacts.
Godhead Fragment fully integrated 938 The Wraith Stele shatters into fragments that enter his flesh and bones; he confirms that its Godhead Fragment has completely merged with him.
External incarnation developed 942 943 Learns to separate a wisp of his soul and place it in an identical body refined by Han Shuo. The half-finished incarnation serves as a decoy without carrying his Godhead Fragment.
New Godhead formed 978 During Nester’s attack, the Wraith Stele transforms into a spinning crystal at his chest. The Goddess of Fate, Gandalf, and Nester recognize the birth of a new Godhead.
Self-strengthening Godhead confirmed 1007 Explains that his Godhead formed from the Death Element Godhead Fragment and his Demonic Cultivation Art. It continuously strengthens his soul and body without any felt need for faith power.

His demonic cultivation does not follow Han Shuo’s clearly defined sequence of realms. Its fusion with death power and his unusual undead physiology makes his demonic realm difficult to classify 824 936.

Background / History

Summoning and Early Refinement

Han Shuo first summons Little Skeleton while learning elementary necromancy. Half the height of skeletons previously summoned by Lisa and Bark, he nevertheless exhausts Han Shuo’s entire supply of mental power. At first, Han Shuo cannot even command him or send him back to the Otherworld 7.

Once Han Shuo gains sufficient control, Little Skeleton stays hidden during the day and carries rubbish out at night. Han Shuo refines him using demonic methods rather than treating him as an expendable summon. His resulting black bones, seven spikes, and resistance to light magic cause an uproar when Lisa apparently summons him and he runs into the Light Department Magic Academy 8 9.

Han Shuo becomes so attached to him that he initially refuses to send him away, fearing that a later summoning might bring back a different skeleton. He instead hides Little Skeleton under his bed and continues refining him in a wooden tub 23.

Independence in the Otherworld

Little Skeleton gradually develops humanlike gestures, initiative, and ambitions beyond his assigned tasks. His early attempts to fly fail, but absorption of a Blood Pool later makes flight possible 75 158.

His independent life in the Otherworld is dangerous. He calls for Han Shuo’s help after suffering fractures and damage to his spikes during battle. After absorbing the Bloodwater Demons and healing, however, he insists on returning to seek revenge rather than remaining safely beside Han Shuo 192 193 195.

By the time Han Shuo witnesses his activities directly, Little Skeleton commands thousands of undead and conducts territorial conquests alongside the armored corpses. He possesses a complete consciousness and openly calls Han Shuo “Father,” explaining that Han Shuo created him, gave him his powers, and always treated him as a child 350 352.

Undead Kingship

Little Skeleton’s campaigns bring him into conflict with powerful undead, including the giant knight, a Mummy Lord, a Wraith, and Bone Dragon Zaxika. With Han Shuo’s assistance, he takes a Netherglow Crystal from beneath their contested spring and escapes the stronger Bone Dragon. Rather than keeping the treasure, he immediately gives it to Han Shuo 387 388.

He later chooses the name Han Hao and defeats Tumojia, an outsider ruling the Eastern Dead Sea. Absorbing Tumojia’s power establishes his supremacy in that region 432 433 435.

After forming an Elemental Soul and Elemental Body, he overwhelms two Bone Dragons and a Zombie King. He binds all three through Master-Servant Contracts and orders them to expand his territory. Eventually, he reports that he and his companions have completely conquered the Undead World and are ready to develop elsewhere 507 509 701.

Godhunter Leadership

After separating from Han Shuo, Han Hao encounters a Godhunter who introduces him to devouring other cultivators for power. Over the following decades, nearly a hundred experts die at his hands, and other Godhunters gather under his leadership. He becomes an Upper God and a regional leader in the Godhunter Alliance, but does not experience the compulsive hunger afflicting his followers 825.

His forces also serve Han Shuo’s strategic interests. He challenges Boro to submit and later orders his captains to intercept supplies destined for Deep Valley merchants opposing Han Shuo. For months, hostile shops’ caravans are plundered while supporters’ shipments pass unharmed 863 888.

Godhead and Final Battle

With Han Shuo and the Five Elements Armored Corpses protecting him, Han Hao fully explores the Wraith Stele’s power and merges its Godhead Fragment into his body. Han Shuo subsequently helps him develop an external incarnation to mislead those hunting the fragment 937 938 942 943.

Nester attempts to destroy the fragment, forcing Han Shuo to defend his son at considerable cost to his own soul. Han Hao tries to join the fight, and the Wraith Stele unexpectedly transforms into a new Godhead 978.

During the final battle, the Genesis Mother Goddess activates an imprint within Han Hao and turns him against Han Shuo. Memories of their shared past help him break free. He destroys a godhead vessel and fights beside Han Shuo to defeat and imprison her 1028.

Appearance

  • Original form: A tiny, snow-white skeleton with empty eye sockets and a dagger-like Bone Blade; initially half the height of Lisa and Bark’s summoned skeletons 7.
  • Refined form: Ink-black, faintly gleaming bones with seven spikes growing naturally from his spine. A dark-red tint appears after his time in the Primordial Demon Cave 9 75.
  • Jade-white form: Translucent bones resembling polished white jade, distinct from an ordinary skeleton’s stark-white frame 195.
  • Purple Demon Eye: Occupies his left eye socket until it shatters and its purple remnants enter his bones 209 535.
  • Recorded height: Approximately 1.3 meters during the battle against the temple knights 310.
  • Enlarged battle form: Can grow to seven or eight meters tall, with additional menacing spikes and greatly lengthened spinal spikes 508 510.
  • Later appearance: An indifferent-faced youth whose expression softens with rare joy upon seeing Han Shuo 825.

Personality

Little Skeleton’s earliest intelligence is extremely limited, but refinement gradually brings curiosity, independent judgment, and childlike behavior. He scratches his skull when puzzled, attempts to imitate flying Yuan Demons, and eagerly presents his battlefield achievements to Han Shuo in hopes of praise 8 75 102 214.

His affection for Han Shuo remains central even after he becomes a powerful ruler. He gives away precious undead treasures, rushes to find Han Shuo without being ordered, and becomes furious upon learning that his father has been injured. After attaining godhood, his obedience rests on this emotional bond rather than enforceable necromantic control 385 388 423 517 623.

Toward enemies and subordinates, he is proud, domineering, and frequently ruthless. He demands submission under threat of soul destruction and rules through both superior power and binding contracts. He is also protective of the armored corpses, whom he calls his brothers, although his strict teaching makes Han Mu fear him more than Han Shuo 387 432 509 830.

As Han Hao, he becomes outwardly restrained and highly composed. His bond with Han Shuo requires few affectionate words, and he shows exceptional aptitude when learning advanced demonic techniques or preparing to divide his soul 825 826 942.

Abilities & Skills

Demonic Cultivation

Practices the Demon Gate’s orthodox power through memories inherited from Han Shuo, later receiving direct instruction 824 826.

  • Combines demonic power with death energy rather than following Han Shuo’s cultivation path exactly 824 936.
  • Uses the Demon-Control Art to manipulate his seven spikes remotely 352.
  • Refines his own body and creates demonic artifacts 825.
  • Learns complex applications rapidly, including soul separation for an external incarnation 826 942.

Bone Weapons and Flight

Controls his Bone Blade and seven spinal spikes as both close-range weapons and independent projectiles 47 48.

  • Sends the Bone Blade through multiple targets along unpredictable paths before recalling it to his hand 47 119.
  • Detaches all seven spikes to intercept incoming javelins, spears, and axes, then uses them to impale enemies 48.
  • Transforms the dagger-sized blade into a three-meter, barbed saber; also fights with a long spear-shaped bone weapon 310 350.
  • Achieves flight after absorbing the Blood Pool; his earlier attempts merely boost his movement or end in falls 9 75 158.

Death-Element Manipulation

Initially concentrates death energy into his skeletal body; the Origin Crystal later gives him an Elemental Soul and Elemental Body 507 534.

  • Draws on the Undead World’s dense ambient death energy to strengthen attacks and exert overwhelming force 509.
  • Channels death energy through weapons, including an attack that explodes a Harpy into flesh fragments carrying debilitating death energy 405.
  • Enlarges and subsequently shrinks his skeletal body 508 510.
  • Initially lacks refined soul-combat techniques: Haili’s soul is stronger despite both being Base Gods, and Little Skeleton relies on Han Shuo’s protection during their soul struggle 534.

Undead Command and Summoning

Builds organized armies and rules increasingly powerful undead through rank, intimidation, and soul contracts 350 352 509.

  • Binds two Bone Dragons and a Zombie King through Master-Servant Contracts that place their souls under his dominance 509.
  • As a Lower God, summons tens of thousands of undead across space while personally attacking enemy forces 595 596.
  • Releases death magic seals into his followers and receives faint streams of power from large numbers of undead 558.
  • Modifies undead bodies, notably reconstructing a Bone Demon with powerful beast bones and adding wings 352 363.

Purple Demon Eye

A powerful but initially dangerous eye taken from Daddala’s statue 102.

  • Its purple waves halt or divert lesser undead, overriding their leaders’ orders 387.
  • Prevents masses of attacking Wraiths from approaching him 387.
  • Does not affect every opponent equally; two Evil Knights partially resist its influence 387.
  • Later releases a hostile force that attempts to seize both Han Shuo’s and Little Skeleton’s souls. The eye ultimately shatters, and its remnants are absorbed into his bones 533 534 535.

Physical and Magical Resilience

Repeated demonic tempering makes his bones unusually durable and resistant to magic 23 119 238.

  • Withstands light magic and divine purification that should destroy an ordinary skeleton 9 23 310.
  • Shows no reaction to Emily’s intermediate- and high-level dark spells 119.
  • Passes through a Wall of Fire to kill the mage behind it 79.
  • Takes arrow strikes with only tiny scratches, although the impacts briefly stagger him 212.
  • Is not invulnerable: battles in the Otherworld leave fractures and blunt the edges of his spikes 192.

Absorption and Godhead

Strengthens himself by absorbing powerful beings and integrating exceptional sources of energy 158 195 435 825.

  • Absorbs the Blood Pool, Bloodwater Demons, and Tumojia’s power 158 195 435.
  • Devours cultivators of the same power as a Godhunter, without developing his followers’ compulsive hunger 825.
  • Fully integrates the Wraith Stele’s Godhead Fragment 938.
  • Forms a new Godhead through the fragment’s fusion with demonic cultivation; it continually supplies power to his divine soul and body 978 1007.
