Many small rooms had been built above the training grounds. Kamelita dragged Han Shuo into a secluded corner and asked quietly, "Why were you gone so long?"
"Some people held me up on the way, so I only just got back," Han Shuo explained casually before asking, "By the way, you came to Celestial Pivot Pharmacy looking for me twice. Was something the matter?"
"Of course there was!" Kamelita said. "The first time, I wanted to tell you to save some of the medicines you made for those two fellows. The second time was about Andrina. Did you part ways with her?"
At the mention of Andrina, Han Shuo's heart sank. He nodded. "Yes, I did part ways with Andrina. How did you know?"
"Andrina seems to have run into some trouble and suffered a slight injury. She contacted the local Divine Guards at Waka Fortress and had someone send me a message. She said that after you went to draw away the Godhunters, she ran into some trouble while bringing your friends to Shadow City. She suffered a slight injury herself, but she told you not to worry for now. She'll bring your friends back safely."
"Andrina was injured!" Han Shuo's expression changed, and he hurriedly asked, "What else did she say? Did she say who injured her?"
"No," Kamelita said bluntly. "She only asked me to tell you not to worry and said your friends were all fine!"
Han Shuo's face darkened. "I clearly drew the Godhunters away. How could Andrina still have been injured within Shadow City's territory? Who exactly did she encounter? Everyone in the major families of Shadow City knows Andrina belongs to my Celestial Pivot Pharmacy. They shouldn't have attacked her. Apart from the major families, who else in Shadow City could injure her?
