Tsunade also looked incredulous at what she heard. Listening to Minato Namikaze's description, why did it sound as though Orochimaru had learned her Cherry Blossom Impact Fist?
Tsunade was fairly straightforward by nature. Since she could not figure it out, she might as well ask Orochimaru directly:
"Orochimaru, did you learn my Cherry Blossom Impact Fist? But that doesn't add up, either. Even if you learned it, you shouldn't have been able to fight the Third Kazekage for so long."
Naturally, Orochimaru would not tell Tsunade the truth. He could only offer a half-true explanation:
"I specifically studied Jiraiya's senjutsu chakra a while ago. It really is a more advanced form of energy, and I incorporated it into my body, greatly enhancing my physique and explosive power."
Tsunade was startled again. Neither she nor Orochimaru had any talent for senjutsu. They had kept trying to practice it before, but had made no progress at all. Over time, both had given up on learning senjutsu, leaving them deeply envious of Jiraiya and marveling at his good fortune.
Yet now, Orochimaru had actually overcome this problem, allowing himself to use senjutsu despite his lack of talent. Tsunade could not help growing interested and hurriedly asked him:
"How did you do it? Teach me, too. That physical improvement of yours feels better suited to my fighting style."
Orochimaru cast a discreet glance at Ye Feng, who pretended not to notice and lowered his head to watch the ants on the ground, as though they were more interesting than Orochimaru's senjutsu chakra.
Seeing Ye Feng act this way, Orochimaru knew he did not want to get involved. He could only turn Tsunade down for now:
"This research isn't mature yet. Even I nearly lost my life during the early attempts. The fact that I'm
