Ye Feng could not figure it out, so he stopped dwelling on it. Since Minato Namikaze had taken care of things on his end, it was time for Ye Feng to deal with the Uchiha Clan.
So Ye Feng went to the Uchiha Clan Head's residence. Uchiha Fugaku was not home, and Uchiha Tianchang received him instead.
Yet Uchiha Tianchang had lost his former sharpness and seemed more like a kindly elder now.
Rather than going to a reception room, the two brought out a pair of lounge chairs like friends and lay in the courtyard, basking in the sun, admiring the flowers, and chatting. It was wonderfully relaxing!
It nearly made Ye Feng forget why he had come.
"Life as a clan head really is comfortable. You're making me want to buy a big house too, and spend my days sunbathing and tending flowers!"
Uchiha Tianchang said with a chuckle:
"I'm old now, and I just want to enjoy the rest of my life. You're still young, with a long road ahead of you, and your future achievements will far surpass ours! You can't give up halfway like this!"
Ye Feng merely smiled at his words without saying anything else. He closed his eyes and continued enjoying this rare moment of peace.
After a long while, Uchiha Tianchang could not help speaking up:
"Ye Feng, you must have come here for something! Coming over to sunbathe for no reason isn't your style."
Ye Feng did not even open his eyes at that. He simply said calmly:
"It's nothing major. I just came to let you know that Minato Namikaze and I intend to reform Konoha. It may affect your interests in the village!"
Uchiha Tianchang's expression stiffened, and his gaze sharpened. He seemed to become that imposing Uchiha Clan
