The Capital of the Land of Water was indeed enormous, but its population was not particularly large. Mountains surrounded it, and the buildings within rose and fell with the terrain. Some even had small groves of trees planted on them.
The Capital of the Land of Water felt more like a forest city. It lacked some of the Land of Fire's bustle, but offered more tranquility and nature.
Seeing this, Ye Feng could not help saying:
"If the Land of Water were developed into a resort, it would probably be very popular with wealthy people."
"A resort? What's that?"
