Ye Feng hunted Ōtsutsuki Isshiki, absorbed the Kāma marks of Kawaki, Boruto, and Momoshiki, and carried Orochimaru and Shisui into the future to confront Momoshiki. The return journey through a collapsing space-time passage ended with Ye Feng apparently losing half his body after falling into a rift.

• Ye Feng escaped the Sealing Pot after killing Ōtsutsuki Isshiki, removed Kawaki’s Kāma, and later absorbed Boruto’s Kāma at Naruto’s request.
• Ye Feng gave the Miko a protective necklace, comforted Shion, then returned to Konoha with his group as Shisui urged Itachi to prevent the Uchiha massacre.
• Ye Feng recruited the White Snake Sage and Black Zetsu to search for Isshiki, found a second Karasuki, and traveled a thousand years into the past to reunite with Xiao Ling.

Ye Feng manipulated the Akatsuki’s tailed-beast campaign while reviving captured Jinchūriki and preparing the villages for war. The Allied Shinobi Forces formed under Gaara’s command as Naruto began training to control Kurama’s chakra.

• Ye Feng recruited Shisui, Uchiha Shinichi, Might Duy, and Hyuga Kong into the Akatsuki, where they proved their strength and helped capture several Jinchūriki.
• Ye Feng extracted tailed-beast chakra and secretly revived Yugito Nii and Han, while the Akatsuki captured more Jinchūriki and searched for Killer B.
• The Deva Path declared the Fourth Shinobi World War at the Five Kage Summit, and the Kage formed the Allied Shinobi Forces with Minato Namikaze as supreme commander.
• Minato Namikaze organized Konoha’s war preparations and sent Ye Feng to take Naruto to Kumogakure for training.
• Naruto faced Dark Naruto at the Waterfall of Truth, learned about his parents’ sacrifice and his past, and won over his dark self.

Ye Feng’s staged alliance with the Sacred God left the Allied Shinobi Forces to face Akatsuki, the reincarnated Kage, and Madara Uchiha. After the Ten-Tails emerged and Shion devastated the battlefield, Madara revived, absorbed the Ten-Tails, and overwhelmed the remaining fighters.

• Naruto left Turtle Island after sensing the Allied Shinobi Forces, while Ye Feng arranged an attack that gave Naruto and Killer B reason to join the war.
• The Sacred God, revealed as Ye Feng’s double, merged with Ye Feng after bargaining to keep him and his allies out of the fighting, and Orochimaru sent the reincarnated Kage and White Zetsu against the Allied Shinobi Forces.
• Naruto’s shadow clones turned several battles in the Allies’ favor, while Minato, Sasuke, Itachi, and the other shinobi fought Hashirama and Tobirama until Itachi helped them break free of Orochimaru’s control.
• Madara emerged from Impure World Reincarnation and attacked the Allied Shinobi Forces, but Shisui shattered his Susanoo before Madara summoned meteorites and fought the Village Kage and the Senju brothers.
• The Ten-Tails emerged as the Allied Forces battled Madara, and Shion arrived after learning that Sakura, Hinata, Tenten, and Kiba Inuzuka had died.
• Shion’s sphere of light devastated the battlefield and appeared to destroy Madara, while Ye Feng secretly protected her and promised to revive the dead.
• Black Zetsu forced Nagato to resurrect Madara, who received new Rinnegan and absorbed the Ten-Tails with the Six Paths: Ten-Tails Coffin Seal.
• Madara overwhelmed Naruto, Sasuke, Minato, the Village Kage, and other fighters, while the survivors rallied to attack him and his Sage’s Staff prevented reincarnated bodies from regenerating.

Ye Feng defeated the threat of the Ten-Tails’ power, helped establish a unified ninja alliance, and left the Shinobi World with a group of companions to seek planetary source. On Taker Star, he agreed to help Kalu find source on a nearby planet, then tested himself in a virtual battle arena.

• Madara Uchiha impaled Naruto and Sasuke, but the Sacred God forced him to release Shion and Ye Feng later absorbed the Ten-Tails’ power while the Sage of Six Paths and Hamura Otsutsuki tried to stop him.
• Ye Feng survived the Heavenly Dao’s tribulation, broke through to a Nascent Soul, restored Kaguya, and helped bring the war to an end, though Minato Namikaze confronted him over the lives lost.
• Ye Feng proposed a Shinobi World Alliance and a Special Organization to the Five Kage, then revived Hashirama Senju and Tobirama Senju and gathered Madara Uchiha, Obito, and several former Akatsuki members to travel with him.
• Ye Feng and his companions spent nine months traveling through space before reaching Taker Star, where Maine escorted them to Karu Tamel’s estate.
