Background / History

During the First Great Ninja War, Mū led the Stone Ninja against the Hidden Mist Village. The Second Mizukage, Hōzuki Gengetsu, diverted the Mist forces into the Land of Earth to pursue a personal vendetta; their clash ended with both Kage killing one another 46.

Mū was later revived through Impure World Reincarnation alongside Senju Hashirama, Hōzuki Gengetsu, and the Third Tsuchikage Ōnoki 251.

Abilities & Skills

Particle Style

Mū possessed Particle Style, Iwagakure's secret Kekkei Tōta. It is formed by fusing three chakra natures and carries exceptional killing power 178 196.

• Mū and his student Ōnoki regarded Particle Style as a means to counter Senju Hashirama's Wood Release and Uchiha Madara's Complete Susanoo 196.
• Its fusion principle is not exclusive to any fixed three chakra natures; sufficient talent and control can produce Kekkei Tōta through other three-nature combinations 197.

• Ōnoki — Former student and successor as Tsuchikage; Ōnoki inherited and used Particle Style 196 251.
• Hōzuki Gengetsu — Second Mizukage and wartime adversary; the two killed each other during the First Great Ninja War 46.
