On his first night back in Quel'Thalas, he had finally returned to the comfortable surroundings of Sunlight City. By comparison, the conditions in the Silithus Great Desert had been downright harsh.
They were once again on the top floor of Sunfury Spire. The floating city had now truly grown into a large floating town. The central Sunfury Spire and the surrounding buildings had been completed and officially put into use, becoming the center of the entire floating city.
The outermost ring of walls surrounding the floating city had been fully completed, and all the enchantments and sigils on their surfaces had been inscribed. A mage tower connected to the walls at regular intervals, allowing troops to quickly mount the walls through the various stairways and mage towers and organize a defense. Besides serving as sites for all kinds of magical research, the mage towers also made excellent artillery emplacements. The various spells amplified through them could attack directly outward. The entire floating city's defensive system was impregnable.

Watching the smile on Patrick's face, Alleria grew even more certain of her suspicions. "Or rather, did Zendarri establish the Silver Covenant on your instructions?"
"How did you figure that out?" Patrick smiled. He had never expected Alleria to discover something none of the other Elves knew.
"I guessed, but I'm certain of it." Getting
